The service is really sad. Rooms are small. For breakfast, there was a long que and then we were rushed... With refills not coming in time. The staff is most unapologetic about it. If they expect such rush they shud not open Brkfast to nonresident visitors....

this hotel is an nice place to stay for a day or for some hours. The room was small but was relatively clean, but I had to ask the hotel management to clean the bathroom as it was dirty. Though it get a little noisy at night, overall a nice place to stay.

Turn right from Café Mondegar into Lansdowne Road and walk straight. On your left you can see the Regency Inn housed in a 19th century built Lansdowne House. This 21-room boutique heritage hotel used to be the town house of the famous Sassoon family who were instrumental in building south Mumbai. The hotel still retains most of this colonial charm...

Great location within a short distance of the top end of colaba causeway. For the casual traveller this is a great place to start exploring mumbai from. A fantastic range of places to eat that will challenge your decision making - which one first? It is noisy outside and one room hadnt had the spaces around the windows sealed for...

A group of 4 of us stayed in two rooms here. We really liked it. We were just getting into the swing of India and the rooms we had overlooked the street below. We just sat up there drinking beers (from room service) and watching the street life. Good internet. Cool location. Good safe food. The staff were really helpful....

Hotel prices in Mumbai are a general headache. The hotels come with Scandinavian price tags, but deliver much less. That said, I guess this small hotel that offers spacious standard rooms at Rs 3500 (€ 64) is just as good as you get with that price in Mumbai. The rooms are quite clean and freshly painted, hot water works (though...
