Poor service experience. Wanted to do a express laundry at 12 pm which the hotel denied and the hotel which I checked out a hour back took my request.

Hotel is very well maintained and staff is very hospitable. Ganesh was very much helpful with reservation and all the process. Breakfast was very satisfying and location is fabulous. Will definitely visit again.
