1. At the very outset, ambience and sea view were excellent. 2. Room furnishings, cleanliness and services were too good. 3. Harbour Bar and its staff were excellent. Enjoyed the evening as it was something we were looking forward to. 4. Equally good was the view and preparations at the Sea Lounge during High Tea and Breakfasts. Receptionist Kevin was very courteous and helpful. Waiters Kiran and Percy stood out with their warmth and extraordinary care they took of us - what impressed most was the pride in their eyes with such long service of 4 decades - It was a privilege to meet and get photographed with such dedicated, motivated and pleasing personalities. To us, they represented the brand Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. 5. I felt the Heritage Tour need to be made lesser expensive especially for the guests residing at the hotel. Quite a few of them like me, may be coming purely out of its heritage standing, and they need to conducted through its rich history as a part of stay. Also, it need to include a visit to the iconic dome on top. Even more importantly, the memorial of 26/11 victims need to be prominently marked and shown to all the guests. I noticed it just by chance. 6. Overall, my family had come and stayed purely to experience this iconic hotel which really met our expectations and made our dream come true. 7. Our compliments to the GM had his staff, and very best wishes to the Team Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. Thank you for hosting us.

There is a reason why its called the 'Taj Experience'. The property being a heritage one, needs no validation about its beauty. What moves you is the service rendered by each one of them in their respective arena. I was with my mother as she was being felicitated in Mumbai for her life long service as a teacher. We had a grand stay. To start with I would wish to thank Duty Manager Guarav Salian for his excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you Kevin Podder, F&B Manager for the warmth and care you showed. Thank you Percy from Sea Lounge for taking care of all we were eating. Thank you all others - the dedicated butler, the evening turn down service professional. You all are rock stars. Cant think of staying anywhere when in Mumbai. See you guys soon. Best Regards, Bidyut
