I love every moment of being at CCI. The cricket stadium is class. The food is awesome and cheapest you will get amongst all gymkhanas across mumbai. The staff is helpful and it has history of cricket attached to it.
one fo the olders and best clubs in south mumbai , good food crowd and ambiance , nice place to play and sit in the lawns and very good facilities like swimming , cricket , gym and table tennis, badminton and tennis courts !
One of the most iconic places to play cricket in India. Visited for Champions Trophy 2006 WI vs SL and was amazed by the stadium. It gets step brotherly treatment compared to its younger brother Wankhade.
The short form is CCI. The lawns is great place to sit and relax specially now the rains are going away. You get good snacks to eat. The Chinese food is great. During festival time there is a big rush. Avoid going at that time.
This ‘Queen’s Necklace’ is a beautiful drive along the coast of South Mumbai stretching from Nariman Point in the south to Malabar Hill in the north. The sea-facing promenade offers a favourite break time for Mumbai locals – college students, families, couples, tea & coffee vendors, foot and head massagers and photographers often flock to gossip or just gaze at the skyline. The views during the monsoons (June till
September) are particularly breathtaking. Studded with Chowpatty Beach for its lip-smacking street food, Bachelor’s for its unique ice creams and India’s oldest aquarium, at night the streetlights along this drive enhance the dramatic arch of the bay.
