The management needs to be more proactive towards this and replace this with a natural and refreshing fruit based option. Also, the front office staff initially refused to offer more than 1 key for the room which was very frustrating as one needs the additional key to access the room lift etc during the stay.

Pros:
* Decent Location: Ideally situated near Worldmark and just 15 minutes from Delhi Airport Terminal 3.
* Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were comfortable.
* Affordable: Relatively more budget-friendly compared to other hotels in the vicinity.
Cons:
* Check-in Nightmare: We encountered a significant delay at check-in due to a system error. Despite pre-payment, the hotel staff initially claimed the payment was not received. We had to stand for more than 2 hours because of that issue, despite being exhausted from our flight. This unacceptable experience severely impacted the start of our stay.
* Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, there were minor cleanliness issues throughout our stay.
* Lack of Attention to Detail: The overall service lacked attention to detail, which further detracted from our experience.
Recommendation:
While the location and affordability are positive aspects, the significant check-in issues and minor cleanliness concerns significantly impacted our stay. I would recommend considering other options in Aerocity unless these issues have been addressed by the hotel.
This place has the feel of staff ill paid and ill managed and a turnover of clients that means they ( and the management?) couldn’t care less

The not-so-great part:
We arrived at 12 PM, two hours before the standard check-in time of 2 PM. I politely inquired with the front desk receptionist, Ms. Shruthika, about the possibility of an early check-in. She initially asked us to wait for 10 minutes but then proceeded to assist foreign guests who arrived later than us. While I understand that sometimes extra attention is given to international guests, ignoring those who arrived earlier is not acceptable. Even after waiting for 30 minutes, she didn’t provide any updates when asked again and was dismissive with a forced smile. Such unprofessional behavior is disappointing, especially in the hospitality industry.
The good part:
Fortunately, we then approached another front desk staff member, Mr. Parag. He was straightforward and informed us that our chosen room would be available a little later but offered a charged upgrade option for early availability, which we gladly accepted. The process was smooth, and he handled it well.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, though the view from the window was of neighboring hotels, nothing too scenic.
We opted for in-room dining for dinner, but unfortunately, the food was below average.
Overall, we stayed just one night and appreciated the hotel’s convenience to the airport, but there were definite areas for improvement, especially in terms of customer service. We will not be staying again in this place and don’t recommend it.

The dinner and breakfast were exceptional, thanks to the efforts of Chef Ravinder and Veeru, whose hospitality truly stood out. However, the room was quite average, with only basic amenities. Adding an extra bed made the space even more cramped, and the towels provided were neither fresh nor soft.
The staff at the reception appeared overwhelmed and lacked warmth, while those at the buffet entrance seemed distracted. We also had to call multiple times to get the extra bed set up, which was disappointing.
Thankfully, we booked just one night, as the stay didn’t meet the luxury standards we anticipated. That said, the outstanding food experience made the visit worthwhile.
For anyone considering this hotel, it’s a great choice for food lovers but may not satisfy those seeking a luxurious stay.
For example, our bags took 20 min and 4 requests to come down on check out with our taxi meter running. Staff were apologetic but said staff had struggled to get in the room since we had checked out!
Positives:
1) Friendly staff and thank you especially to manager Neha for arranging a takeaway for our young child.
2) Extensive breakfast buffet selection with clear labelling
3) Clean rooms
4) Good room service menu
Less positives (all of these were reported but no action was taken, other than re the safe):
- WiFi was tricky to join with weak security (need to turn off private IP and doesn't work if many people are using it!)
- In the room, there's an option to scan a QR and chat and speak to the hotel on WhatsApp but the number suggested is not even on WhatsApp!
- The toiletries supplied in the room were in bottles which were half full suggesting they were used by another guest and then unhygienically passed on to us.
- The spare toilet roll was already half used again suggesting it's the remnants of another guest.
- The sink unfortunately does not drain if you leave the plug in it so we had to remove the plug altogether.
- When you use the shower, water is leaking from the shower and the entire bathroom floor gets wet.
- When in the shower, the lights turned off leaving you in the dark. This happened three or four times during the course of one shower.
- The safe was not working when we came to the room.
- The hand shower does not even fit on the hand shower stand.
- No hair conditioner is supplied as standard.
- The baby cot provided had a rock hard mattress and pillow so was unusable.
- At breakfast, service in the main room could be slow. Eg. I had to ask for butter from three different staff members before it came.
- There was no request for feedback on check out.
The hotel was irresponsive to all our requests (we informed them a day prior that we are celebrating an anniversary)
We asked to redeem our complimentary cake voucher. Called the help desk several times but no one catered to our request.
The breakfast buffet was very average.
