I stayed in this property just one day but that was enough for me!
I can't understand the reviews that attest to it being quiet because Eleven is a property near the train station and very loud and annoying blares can be heard every...More

It is unfortunate that the reviewer did not have a pleasant stay with us.
I would like to mention that before they checked in guests saw and approved the room.
Will try to reply to the points raised as briefly as possible.
We stayed at Eleven bed and breakfast (www.elevendelhi.com) in Delhi during our stay in India July 2008. We are SO glad we found this homey place in the middle of the city rather than an expensive hotel. From the warm and enthusiastic welcome from the...More
We arrived in Delhi in the early hours of the morning from the UK.
The transport we had arranged with Ajay was waiting for us in the arrivals hall, so we transfered directly to Eleven. I was astonished to find Ajay still up to welcome...More

First I am grateful to you for the positive things written about us.
It is unfortunate that you were not entirely satisfied with our prices.

Our stay at this little Guest - House was one of the best we have had in India. Being quite small (5 rooms only) , there is a very homely, friendly and relaxed ambiance. There are two larger rooms, and despite the others being smaller,...More
Great value for the price. Location is good, close to metro and Humayun's tomb. Ajay is very helpful, and can arrange transportation (I suggest hiring a driver for the day to see Delhi) or cook a meal if you don't want to leave the hotel...More
Another popular upmarket residential neighbourhood of Delhi with many small parks and home to expats, Nizamuddin is most famous for the Sufi shrine, Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah. It’s a beautiful confluence of faith, heritage and contemporary Delhi. The busy streets leading to the dargah offer a rich cultural
and culinary taste of Delhi, especially on Thursday evenings when the area comes alive with soulful Sufi music and qawwalis at the shrine. As you walk along the colourful street markets selling flowers and knick-knacks, the road ahead further leads to the majestic Humayun’s Tomb, a significant historical landmark and one of Delhi’s best attractions.
