I can truly confirm all previous Hotel Ratings. The trims are disgusting, old, dirty, we have a kitchen smell in the room. Never ever choose this hotel and check any other possibilities if looking for a hotel next to the airport. A hostel has a better service and quality understanding than this hotel does!

I had to stay here for a night, because of some AirIndia flight issues, due to which they had offered us a night's stay with buffet at this hotel. The hotel is in such a bad state, that it alarms me that it's even allowed to be operational! The walls were all decayed and the smell inside the room was...

We were sent there by Air India after missing a connection. The staff there were extremely rude, the lobby manager / assistant lobby manager called Prashant Rastogi was talking about chucking us out, in hindi (as if we wouldn't understand - my Girlfriend is originally from Delhi), and were talking about us as if we were begging for the room...

The first thing that hit you was the size. I have never come across a hotel with a bigger lobby than this. The second was the smell, of decay and musty carpets. The attitude was "why did you come here". Once the grandest of five stars in Dehli, it is badly crying out for privatisation. Rooms were clean but that...

Stayed there one night because of an early morning flight. The place is unhygenic and filthy, restaurants a shame and service appalling. The place was so bad that the Indian park benches would have been a better option. The only taxi available at 4am was a beaten up van that only went on the first gear for the few Kms...

This disgusting, un-maintained, dirty hotel would be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire place was dirty from entrance to exit. The light switches in the room had dirty marks radiating from them. The glass in the room was dirty and the mugs sticky to touch. The room service books were dirty and un-kept with bent pages...

We stayed here in August 2012. This hotel is falling apart , roof leaks, water damage everywhere, smells like flooded house. Moreover it is not cheap either, you pay top dollar for this filthy place. The hotel is located in good location very close to the Delhi International Airport. This hotel is health hazard, I request Government of India (who owns...

We got stuck here overnight on our way to Bangalore. This place is truly horrible. Anyone who says this place is acceptable is on drugs or works for Air India. The hotel is owned by Air India and they obviously dont care about their passengers if they put people in this dump. The hotel looks like a Soviet asylum. Entering...

Was forced to stay here when my Turkmenistan Airlines flight got cancelled. I don't expect much of airport hotels as they're mainly aimed at airline crews. Given that I wasn't paying for it, it was fine. Room and food was good. Only negative was the toilets in the lobby - not international standard.

I stayed for one night in this hotel as my flight arrived late at IGIA Delhi late and air line provided this hotel. Hotel is close to airport . Hotel is inpublic sector and over the year has lost its glamour due to poor management which get reflected in upkeep of the property. Lobby is large but looks vacant. Rooms...
