we was there for few days to Stay, on our Arrival Check in make by Woman name must be Asis, She was Very Arrogant. we told her we r Coming back after 10days, Can She Please Check for follwing dates maybe we can Book Room before we left, She told will Call us, on Check out She was there & we ask her again, But her way and Style was very Arrogant. Even She diddnt Excuse or whatever, just say She will and Someone will Call us, But Nobody Call us & we Booked on other Hotel, As my Experience at Recepation is main Presentation of Every Hotel, Specialy by 5 Star Hotels. Normaly i will not give any Point, but i am giving two, because we enoy at Restaurant Breakfast and Service was also frendlich.
I have been staying here since my last 3 visits to delhi and I have always found it to be an amazing experience. The staff is excellent and make sure that your needs are taken care of . Mr. Kanish has always been helpful right from the reservations to any requirements that I may have . I would like to also thank Ms. Pankaj goel who made sure that I was well taken care of . She spent close to 20 minutes during breakfast and made sure that I had no complains of any kind . The only issue for me was the slow room service , only reason I gave it 4 star rating. I will visit this hotel everytime I travel to delhi for work.
Shangri-La's - Eros Hotel was a luxury hotel And very comfortable. Very fast service from In room dining. Breakfast at Tamra is just perfect. Met ms Pankaj she took care of us.Highly recomnded this hotel with my friends who come to Delhi. me And my Friends come for a trip new delhi hotel Shangri-La's - Eros Hotel was very nice and luxury hotel
I have been visiting and staying in this hote for last 13-14 years, everytime I visit , staff there makes me feel like home. Staff right from the valet parking, porch to the front desk ( special mention of Kapil at Front desk ) to restaurants. This is great property with great location and service. Highly recommended
Unhygienic food with live insect on the plate and hair found in food. No pest control. The room key needs to be updated everyday 3-4 times for us to use the lift. Insects in bed had severe allergy on hands. The amount blocked by the front desk while checkin not yet released even post 48 hrs of check out and account section doesn't bother to respond. Just 2hrs of early checkin and late checkout we were charged half day room charge both the times. Inroom dining ordered at 9.30 PM was received at 12.15 AM.
