I went for s staycation with my family to Roseate for a period of 2 days at Roseate, Delhi. The property was an obvious choice given the wonderful experiences our friends and family had shared about their visits to us. The rooms were well-maintained and the hotel was well-equipped for safety measures against corona. I was a little scared to stay in a hotel during pandemic, but I am glad to say that The Roseate made me feel hundred percent safe, clean and welcomed.

We were initially skeptical about going to stay in a hotel, due to COVID. Thankfully we made the right choice by choosing Roseate for our Staycation. All safety precautions and guidelines were being adhered to. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this property is very different from all the other properties we have ever stayed at. Very peaceful, serene and tranquil. The rooms were extremely spacious, fitted with all the modern amenities. Everything was possible at the touch of a button, using an IPad that controls everything. The best part about this property is the people that work here. Extremely warm, courteous and attentive staff. My perception is that it’s the people that make a good hotel, great. It’s extremely true in this case. We were travelling with old people and the staff really went out of their way to make sure that they were comfortable. Right from the people at the front desk, to servers and managers at Kiyan and Chi-Ni. Special mention - AFSAN, SUNIDHI, AKHIL and SARIFUL. These people really made our stay special. Working tirelessly day and night to make our stay memorable. The only thing off putting was the breakfast spread, but the exemplary service, brilliant food and presentation at Kiyan and the very spacious rooms more than made up for it. All and all a great experience. We really got our money’s worth. Cheers to the entire team at Roseate. Might not remember some names but a big big shoutout. Also, really appreciate all the small gestures that make it much more personalized and tailored to each guest. Kudos to everyone! All the very best!…

Our stay was really amazing, we really enjoyed the beauty of the resort. The concept of open bath tub was something that was very different from any other resort. The reception staff including Mr. Karanjeet was very helpful and supportive. The cake was delicious.
