This is a beautiful hotel from the moment you arrived staff are friendly and helpful. Mamoj in the restaurant area was extremely helpful in advising us on how to navigate the city and the must see places on our two day stay. The breakfast is the best we’ve had in India and a match to any European hotel Somdutt had recalled our coffee order after only one day and was ready to offer us whatever we needed, almond milk, dairy free etc. We had an early check out 7am when breakfast was just starting, the staff were flexible and said come down it will be ready by 6.30/6.45, and the was perfect service and all the usual choice- excellent value breakfast fresh and refrigerated, which isn’t always the case even is top hotels. The room is extremely comfortable and exactly as photo, I had to check out the pillow brand they were so comfortable! Also when we mentioned our room door was sticky they had maintenance over immediately to plane it down and re paint it all within 1hr. The staff are constantly washing furnishings, skirting boards and ensuring everything is perfect. We stayed in everything from the Radisson to youth hostels and homestays and this was the best kept of the major hotels- a must stay and we will definitely return.

Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted warmly by the outside security staff and taken to the front desk. Hotel lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff, especially the young gent who checked me in was professional and informative. Room was stylish with some great decor, especially the tile through out room and bathroom. Bathroom amenities were extensive, from plush bath towels, hand and face, to the toothbrush, paste, soaps, shaving gel, razor and more. Water bottles were plentiful which was a huge plus. Bed was huge and comfortable. Aircon worked well and wall unit controlling the aircon was easy to use. Breakfast spread was lovely, especially the made to order omelets and cappucinos:) breakfast staff worked hard. Special recognition goes to Arvind who always went out of his way to say hello and kept my room absolutely clean and stocked. He also checked in on me to see if I needed anything more. Overall I would definitely come back to this hotel, loved it and the awesome staff.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and aesthetic. Every day, the bed is tidy, and the washroom is stocked with all the needed supplies and towels. The restaurant staff and food are great, so it has everything you want in a hotel. We had a fantastic stay at IHCL. The security is maintained well, and they always make sure the cars are checked before entering the garden. All the bags are properly checked before entering the building. Though Christmas to New Year, our stay in New Delhi made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend! Lovely people and service. Very convenient, approximately 5 minutes walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants near the Rajiv Chowk metro station. There are also local markets selling clothes and electronics. You can enjoy fine dining if you decide to walk outside or take an Uber around. There is also a night market around, about 10-15 minutes' walk. This year, the State government has enforced a complete ban on the manufacture, storage, selling, including delivery through online marketing platforms, and bursting of all kinds of firecrackers in the National Capital Territory of Delhi throughout the year with immediate effect. The hotel organized a very nice New Year party, with live bands, international food and drinks night, with indoor and outdoor fittings near the swimming pool. More than 50 categories of food were fully prepared, including pasta, noodles, roasted turkey, grilled whole snapper fish, cold dishes, Chinese and Vietnamese food, local and non-veg food, etc. The staff is very cooperative helpful. Special thanks to Bala, Priyanka, Mani, Yojana, Deb Ray, and everyone who made our first New Delhi trip memorable.

Hotel is well located. Rooms are too small and no space when you travel as a couple with 2 bags. No charm. The breakfast is not at a level of a 4 stars. This is not adequate for a long, comfortable and smooth stay. Ordering drinks and food to room as late arrival was quite difficult due to language issue.

I am a solo senior female traveler. My experience at the hotel was excellent. The front desk, customer service, and housekeeping personnel are very professional. I requested a driver to pick me up at the airport; he was also very respectful and helpful. The breakfast is great, and the waitresses always ask if you need anything else and if everything is okay.

Hotel room that I was in was very small, barely anyplace to walk. Bathroom could have used a shower enclosure so floor remains dry. But I appreciate there was a slipper to wear in room What really was best part of stay was the buffet breakfast and customer service. Wide range of food items and taste was excellent. In addition, I received over the top service from "Mani" in dining area. What a great server, took great care of my needs. Thank you for your service, it made my stay great and enjoyable.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and we were treated like royal people, everything in this hotel is excellent, the staff welcomes you with a lovely smile and ready to help and assist you any time, speacially the front desk officer ROBIN SINGH. He helped & guided us about the hotel as he was good at everything. The rooms are spacious with nice modern furniture, we loved so much the dish of seasonal fresh fruits offered complimentary by hotel to our room as well as the tea and coffee. The location of this hotel is excellent just few minutes from the famous market Connaught Place, Hotel offeres also a complimentary high speed internet connection. Hotel also has a very rich buffet breakfast with excellent variety on int'l and local dishes. We strongly recommend tis hotel.

Location of hotel is central, breakfast is good, and the rooms are nice. One thing about the rooms that could be improved is that water gets all over the bathroom floor when taking a shower.

I stayed here recently and honestly can’t fault this hotel. The location is only 10 minutes from the airport and a cab ride from city centre but as taxis are cheap it’s not a problem. The nearest metro is 10 minute walking distance.
