Our room was towards the atrium. The staff made a lot of noise till 1 am. It was impossible to sleep. There were no soundproofing. In the morning there was only cold water. The breakfast was lousy. The remote controller was not functioning and there were also some problems with the safety box. Not nice surrounding.

Stayed in this hotel for 7 days in January 2016 and found the Hotel very clean and good. Centrally located and proximity to the famous Gaffar market is great advantage. The staff is great and breakfast is also good. Hotel service is good and staff is also very helpful. Will love to stay again.

Average hotel, great value for the money paid. Rooms are ok, cleanliness is okay. The bathroom seat could use a change up, it's getting old! Other than that services are okay, staff are nice. Great location for shopping at karol bagh, that was the main reason for this hotel. Did not eat the breakfast at the rooftop.

The hotel was definitely worth the money and we had really good view. Buffet breakfast at rooftop. Unfortunately please expect the lowest from the receptionists they just try to scam you whenever they can...tot So if only for a short stay and no contact with any staff then it's still a recommendation.

I booked a room here using booking.com. On arrival they said that they were all sold out and that bookings.com has made a mistake. What they then do is offer you a room in another hotel right besides their hotel which is not as good but at the same rate! Even after the receptionist said they had no rooms, bookings.com...

Pros: -Hotel rooms were as described which was good -Rooms and the building itself were clean -Wifi was great in my room (5th floor) -Very close to the Metro. It's around a 5 minute...

I spent two nights here when I first arrived in India and it was a great place to get my bearings. The hotel's restaurant was delicious and the hotel staff were wonderful even looking after a few boxes for us for a few weeks.

I stayed here for pre/post tour accommodation for my Intrepid Tour. I was in a inside room, which had no window to the outside, just a big window to the inside. I only stayed a few nights.. Found the rooms perfectly fine, compared too others I stayed in, in India. Free WIFI available, however did cut out frequently. There was...

Rooms are designed to provide a great amount of space complimented with the essential amenities and the right mattress for sleeping in comfort. I may have been lucky to occupy Rooms 206 and 207 during my three-day Delhi Tour by Maharaja Trails. With glass walls facing the roundabout below, you see people out and about in their everyday life.
