This place is an oasis of luxury at a quite affordable price (for European standards). My room (business) was awesome — super clean, had a huge bed, fouton, bathtub, all amenities you could need. The whole hotel smells nice, the staff are helpful and professional. The best part for me was the dinner. Every single piece of food that was delivered to my table was excellent. The pineapple crumble pie with vanilla ice cream was killer.
After spending three weeks frequenting cheap hostels in Nepal and India I splurged on this nice hotel and got what I asked for: a serene, luxurious stay with great food.

Radisson Blu Plaza at Delhi airport was not originally on our program. However, because we were forced to cancel our tour due to the corona crisis, our agent had quickly booked us a room here. The location of the hotel is very practical: on a busy access road and close to the airport. It is a very large hotel but everything is immaculatesly clean and every day you will find a new flower arrangement masterpiece in the lobby. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly. Because we could not immediately find a return flight, we were forced to stay an extra night. This extra night was also booked without any problems and, after some negotiation, even at the same price as the one charged at our travel agent. They didn't take advantage of the chaos by raising their prices, thanks for that. The rooms are spacious, also very neat, but, as so often with international hotel chains, rather impersonal. I found the operation of the lighting a bit clumsy. On / off when entering, but no button along the bed. There you do have reading lights, but one of them did not function. The bathroom was also spacious, large walk-in shower with large window to the bedroom and new gels and shampoos daily. Due to the circumstances, their restaurants were closed, but the meals we ordered through their in-house dining were extensive and delicious. In short, the perfect hotel for one or two nights near the airport.

The minute I got picked up from the Airport I was impressed to see how the car driver had a thick transperant plastic sheet to maintain social distance from the hotel guest while traveling in the hotel car.
At the hotel entrance entire staff was in the masks, and taking every steps towards hygiene & Sanitation...felt safe to enter the hotel. At the front desk I interacted with Ms. Satpal kaur who was very helpful in explaining each and every thing in detail, how they have managed the in room dinning menu to be visible on the guest smartphones after they scan the bar code available in each and every room.
After coming inside my room I was very happy to see everything in spic & span condition. Tv remotes, water goblets wrapped up into sanitized covers.

Well yet another great stay at this lovely and luxurious hotel. The staff and service we received were exceptional. Satpal was very helpful and she welcomed us. I have stayed at hotels throughout Delhi, this is one of the most exclusive & luxurious property. I have stayed here numerous times & have never been disappointed.
Our bags are taken immediately taken care of and we are warmly welcomed by Satpal and given refreshing welcome drinks.
We had all our meals at the restaurants on-site. Satpal was very helpful and she escorted us to our room which is the best example of the hospitality and The hotel has a wide variety of drink choices & delicious food and service were prompt. We are also offered breakfast in bed option as we requested.
The hotel is just 10 minutes drive from the Airport which is very convenient. Really the ambiance, the perfect essence for the luxury lifestyle is embarked in the significant way possible. The friendlier the staff operating to serve better is just made to customize and beautify the experience which is worth being part of being there. Amazing place to visit. One must give a try . Visited for 3 nights on a business trip as an airline crew member. From the point where we sat in the thoroughly sanitized cars to the check in process adapted by the Hotel, we were instilled with a sense of security and our apprehensions with respect to our safety with respect to the ongoing pandemic COVID19, seemed getting relaxed. We were welcomed to properly sanitized rooms, excellent dining options within the safety of our rooms (though a limited but delicious menu). All in all, I would give in to the staff of the Hotel which has given their personal attention to every detail, ensuring that no stone is unturned in giving maximum comfort to their guests, keeping in mind the best possible safety precautions and measures. If you are in Delhi on a short trip during these delicate times of COVID19, do not worry and do not hesitate to let the staff at Radisson Blu take responsibility of your safe stay, while you conduct your business as usual. Radisson Blu never fails to impress.. it was a short visit by my family to the hotel. It was a night's stay to catch a flight next day from IGI Airport. I couldn't accompany them due to some urgent work and hence they had to go on their own. Starting from the pick up from airport, things were just flawless. No hasslesl in getting in touch with the cab which was driven by a smaryyly dressed chauffeur. On arrival at the reception of the hotel, my family was greeted by a team of cheerful and positive set of young hands at the front desk. And by the time they could finish their stroll around the impressive lobby, it was all set... All reqmts regarding the room were catered for in no time I arrangment for lunch in late afternoon.. kids were specially taken care of by the staff.. The conseirege attendent was extremely polite and we'll versed with the procedure and took no time in explaining things about the room.
Evening was extremely pleasant by the well maintained swimming pool side and the dinner later in the evening was nothing less than a treat for them.
Over-all, it was an unforgettable experience by my family and made my resolve even more firm to visit the property again..

This hotel is situated just outside Delhi Aerocity but it is very convenient for the airport. It is approached along a very busy road but entering the hotel is like entering an oasis. The lobby is spacious with a wonderful flower display. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a bathroom, shower and toilet, and then a separate toilet. Between these two rooms there was a dressing and luggage area. The bedroom itself was spacious with very adequate and comfortable seating. The hotel offered a variety of eating areas as well as a separate bar. There was an outside pool [not in use at this time of year]. A taxi service to the airport terminal is offered at Rs 1,000.

From before check in on email and at check in the hotel tried their best to convince me to upgrade my room and the main focus in writing and verbally was free cocktail hours. I politely declined the offer but they didn’t stop trying to up sell the room.
Ultimately the truth came out that they had oversold their hotel and I got the upgraded room in any case but without the additional bells and whistles (which I didn’t really care about in any case.) My room had plumbing issues , air conditioning issues, no stopper for the water in the tub, shower door not closing and the water shower faucet in the opposite direction.
I waited a long time for one simple Dosa at breakfast and actually got up to leave as I was getting late for my flight and the chef actually casually remarked asking ‘What’s the rush, here is your Dosa, please eat!’
I asked to speak to the manager on duty at least 3-4 times before check out and the receptionist did their best to avoid getting the MOD saying he was busy (at 7.30am). They tried to get the house keeping manager but I refused to meet that person as it didn’t solve my purpose.
I was assured that the MOD would call me back and the receptionist also took my number but of course no one bothered to call.
I told them I was to come back to Delhi after 10 days again but this time I’d look a different hotel, so they weren’t quite bothered except trying to give me a carrot by saying oh if you book with us, we will upgrade you.
Clearly there is no focus on customer service and the hotel is not bothered about feedback and about making management available to guests for one on one feedback.
Attached is the written slip which I wanted to talk to the manager about. Instead they stapled this note on their feedback form. It’s sad that we guests are used as lab rats to fix their maintenance issues.
The bell desk team makes it very evident that the monetary tips are expected and part of hotel DNA for service. While bringing luggage at check in or during check out, it’s so awkward for guests cause many times due to cashless working, we might not have currency notes for tipping but they keep asking ‘is everything ok, we’ve brought all your luggage etc - blah blah blah’ - which takes away from the feeling of entering a nice hotel. Maybe the employees aren’t paid enough that they look forward to extras from guests.
Not sure if I would stay here again more because of the pathetic attitude of managers avoiding guests when we specifically made multiple requests to meet them.

Stayed here recently on Feb 18 and checked out on Feb 19. Chose this property due to a competitive price in comparison to other 5 star hotels near the airport. I had initially booked the business room but Rahul from front desk upgraded me after asking whether I had stayed here before. I'm not sure if he upgraded me to reward my loyalty or the fact that I had a baby in my arms. Irrespective of the reasoning, I was ecstatic and grateful to Rahul for the upgrade to junior suite without me having to request anything.
We arrived to Delhi after some long flight delays so this upgrade was comforting. We were entitled to 3 complimentary drinks and 4 pces of laundry. We were starving after spending a whole day waiting for our plane to take off so we first made ourselves to the bar where we were told we can avail a complimentary tandoori platter which is included in our upgrade. This platter was delicious. The paneer and soya chaap was impeccable. It can be difficult to eat with a small baby but the staff at the bar and breakfast buffet the next morning helped us immensely by entertaining our baby allowing us to eat in peace. Our flight was at 9pk in the evening but checkout was at 12 so I was worried about my baby. The hotel gave us complimentary late check-out until 3pm. This helped us greatly as it allowed me to feed and help my baby nap in a safe environment. My husband and I were so impressed with this hotel and their services. We stayed in India for 2 weeks all in 5 star hotels from different international groups however we were most impressed with Raddison blue Mahipalpur.

We had a great stay here! The staff was very accommodating, including letting us check in several hours early and providing complimentary drop offs to the metro station (and even made a pit stop at a pharmacy for us). Overall great, conscientious service, and the included breakfast is top-notch as well. The restaurants are very pricey for India (probably aimed at business travelers) but again with very sweet staff - we had lunch at the Thai restaurant and the chef came out to greet us. The hotel provides an airport ride (seats up to 3) for 1500 rupees, but an Uber is a fraction of that so might be a better option for most travelers. For the price, condition of the hotel, and proximity to the airport, would stay again!
