ITC Welcomhotel can be termed as a place for luxury, comfort and close to home ambience. The hotel locality is great ,feasible and connectivity to other locations is easy. The room is very well maintained and also the covid protocols has been adhered. The staff is very friendly and courteous; especially Mr. Animesh and Vaishali: great ambassadors of courteous customer care. My new house was on renovation so I stayed here with my family for almost a month, it was a tough time for our family, bt Mr. Simranpreet and his colleagues helped us alot,they had treated us like their own family. They were so polite and helpful at this point of time, where everywhere everyone was scared due to covid. It was my right choice to select this hotel, full hygiene and sanitization was maintained by them.
