I stayed for 2days from the beginning to end my stay was so comfortable Room was fantastic Food is delicious thanks to staff superb service every thing on time Special thanks to Priya from Front desk she was so kind and help all the time! Definitely I will visit again:)
Nice location of the Hotel. Nice and clean rooms with lovely attached bathroom. Good variety of breakfast to choose from. Forgot to pick up my shopping, staff was very helpful retrieving my shopping bag. I am impressed.
We had a very good experience stay at Redison Blue dwarka specialy mentioning Mr. Amit kumar who is manager in buffet zone he is very good and efficient in his job profile. His Team members are very efficient towards their Job profile Wish them good luck!! Keep the good work!!
Do NOT stay here! This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel is full of mosquitos, including the hotel room. The first day, I spent an hour killing mosquitoes in the room. We went to eat at the buffet and there was a dust storm outside. The hotel had construction going on and did not properly seal the construction area, so a gust of wind brought all of the dust into the buffet area. We were asked to evacuate and offered to be served the food in the Cafe area. We refused because not all of the food was covered and we didn't want to eat food full of dust. We had to order Domino's pizza and eat in our room. They later opened the buffet and we saw people eating the very food that had outside dust sprinkled all over it. Unfortunately, it doesn't end there. Worst of all was the surprise that hotel staff gave to at 3am. We had to catch out flight to the US, so we went to the hotel lobby to collect our bags. Upon check-in, we stored 5 bags with the hotel in their storage room. Upon check out, the staff only gave us 4 suitcases back. The "duty manager," Randhere Singh, assured us he would find the other bag. We had a flight to catch, with 2 kids, and had to leave. We were just shocked that our bag had gone "missing." Randhere Singh gave us his whatsapp number. We called him from the US once we arrived and he said apparently his staff gave someone else our bag. He requested additional time to investigate to find our bag. We called him back a few days later and no answer. My husband called the hotel and staff informed us that Randhere Singh was out on "vacation." I had a family member call him from India, everyday, no answer. My family member called the hotel and hotel staff refuses to transfer them to the hotel manager. I wrote an email to their corporate counsel, Eva Erauw, and executive officer, Sergio Amodeo, yesterday and haven't heard back. I tried to file a claim, but there is no process online to file a claim. I contacted their media dept and another dept, no response. I called their international number, no one picks up. I should probably for a police report as they stole my my suitcase. This is nothing short if theft. My suit case was full of new Indian clothes, which I had made fir an upcoming family wedding. Now I have to get everything remade and shipped to US. STAY AWAY from Radisson hotels. Go to Taj instead.…
We stayed in the hotel second time 😃 we wonderful stay hotel staff is soo nice special at reception Astha is soo helpful nstaff at the reception , Priya helped us in assisting the hotel services ,, this time we came with family and we enjoyed alot we request the hotel to start the pool....
The stay at Radisson was average because the cleanliness around wasn't at par with what is expected of them. There was a lot of ambient noise around and that disturbed the sleep. So, despite the comfort, the stay wasn't what I had expected it to be.
Services and food is very good and all rooms are very good .we are very happy to stay with u specially thanks to mohn in concierge he very helpful for luggage assistance .all staff are well mannered and helpful
Was there just on transit ... arrived late night and left early next morning . The reception was perhaps condensed and unable to handle the arrivals due to space constraints and possibly less personnel. The room was bare was rather unkept. The bath area appeared unclean. The mattress was old and weary . One elevator was not working .... The hotel has seen better days Rather disappointed .
Toilet not cleaned, Chair broken , checkin time 2 hrs waiting non cooperative staff I have lost Inr 800000 on this booking just checked out within 15 min they told booking is non refundable.I advised not to book hotel. Excellent customer service. Priya Kumari was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. The attention to detail provided by Priya was impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. She is a fine ambassador for the company hope to visit soon.
