As of late Radisson organised chaat celebration by the name Chaat Gully. They had a wide range of chaat and some were exceptionally special n unique. We began with gol gappe and they were great. Next we had waffle chaat. This was imaginative. It was waffle with curd , chutneys , serving of mixed greens and so on completely adored it. At that point we had chinese bhel, it was somewhat hot. They had a chaat taco mosq wherein they blended a few sorts of sev , namkeen as a filling of taco. This was totally different. Momos chaat was something we simply cherished. It had seared momos , which they had placed in a sauce which they made with chilli sauce . Cheddar sauce. Also, we had Greek yogurt chaat which was chaat of dahi k Sholay. Also, last and best we had Daryaganj ki natural product cream and it was so yummy.…
Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar, never fails to amaze with new and innovative things every now and then. Living at paschim vihar, we are a frequent visitor to Radisson Blu for their amazing dining experience. On the recent visit, noticed they came up with another new festival, by name of CHAAT GULLY, where they have made a lane (a gully) on based on the chaat lanes of Chandni CHowk Delhi. They have 6 innovative carts offering different kinds of chaats at very reasoanble prices. First is named as Karamhand ki Chaat, from which we had Waffle Chaat which had yogurt and indian chatni and masalas. Next was called jethalal ki gujrati chaat, where we had CHinese Bhel, which had the perfect tangy taste to it. Third thela was Nassarudin ke Nazarane, where our choice was their innovative Tacos, which they called Tavo Mosa, stuffed with spicy indian mix and topped with sev and pomergenate. We tried Momos Chaat from their 4th Thela which was named as Moongeri Lal ke Chatkhore, these were crispy fried veg momos in their special sauce. Ragadda Pattice was the best of the all items we had, it was from Thela no. 6 which they call Kamolika ke Tedhi TOkri. It was basically Aloo tikki covered with muttra and covered with tasty chutney. To end our food chaat trail, we had dessert from their Thela no. 6 which they called Full Tension Meetha, we had Daryaganj ki fruit cream, filled with seasonal fruits and mixed with cream, was a perfect ending to an amazing time. Each chaat in each thela is very very reasoably priced. We had their combo pack for INR 699++ where we got to choose 1 dish from each thela. Totally worth every penny spent. Just amazing…
