The property is conveniently located in a sheltered estate in the south of Delhi with access through a number of manned security gates. It is a short walk to the the excellent metro system (Saket gate 3 entrance). Also a short walk to the PVR centre (cinema, shops and eating places). The host, Ashwani, is around every day or can be contacted by phone or WhatsApp. He provided us with some useful tips on things to see in Delhi. In his absence there are other English speaking staff on site. Breakfast is provided in the first floor dining room. A reasonably priced freshly-cooker dinner (INR600; veg or non-veg) can also be prepared with two hours notice. On our first night we did not have the best sleep due to noise in our front-facing room. On mentioning this to staff, Ashwani contacted us and offered to change to a rear facing room; where we slept well for the rest of our stay.…

We have stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of our tour of Rajasthan. It was a great place to start. Nice clean room, great food, nice owner and staff and a nice neighborhood. We likes the neighborhood.

My second time staying here first in my own now I had to bring my family back. I love staying here it is my go to as a place to stay when I am in Delhi as it is in a gated community away from craziness and is quiet. Perfect for families or if you are traveling alone. The staff are amazing and location is perfect as you have square not far away that has all that you need from food to groceries to fresh food.

It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was big and comfortable. Hosts are very friendly and was there for help always. They provided great breakfast and dinner. I felt like being at home. Very safe for solo girl. I would come back again.

Very good Homestay in Delhi. The Rooms are nice, with comfy beds. Hosts are super friendly. The breakfast (Indian or continental) is very good only topped by the fantastic home cooked dinner we enjoyed twice. We highley recommend this place and would come back again any time.

For two women and first time travellers to India, we were very grateful to have found Tree of life in South Delhi’s Saket. Tree of Life B&B can be described as home away from home type of place, in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, not far from some of Delhi's attractions, historical sites, shopping malls and not to forget a convenient access to transport via metro or tuk tuk, taxi to any other location you need. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious rooms, clean, quiet and all amenities available. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly prepared and for a small surcharge we enjoyed many delicious dinners. The real highlight are the owner Ashwani and his staff Suraj and Ramraj, who are not only very kind and hospitable, but also very helpful. Any questions we had, they were there to help, even organising our day tour to Agra and suggesting Delhi’s hidden spots. I certainly know where I’m staying next time I come to Delhi or where I’m recommending my friends to stay.…

We stayed 3 nights in the lovely Tree of Life, great neighbourhood, close to Metro which was clean efficient & frequent. Ashwini,was gracious, helpful & communicative on booking by email. One of the biggest positives, was he offered us a free transfer from the airport to the accommodation & when you first fly in to India it's a godsend. The staff were fantastic, we ate in-house the food was delicious as was breakfasts. Nothing was a problem for them, & we enjoyed Delhi because of this. Dhanyawaad Ashwini & the team. The best part of this hotel was the service. The owner and the staff are very available and ready to help you. We were looked after very well. Just to set your expectations, this is small B&B, it’s located in a residential area so you will not find a reception or anything like that. There are plenty of options to drink and eat within a 15min rickshaw journey. They are on Uber and very cheap. The owner recommended a few good options so please speak to him as he is very helpful and knowledgeable. A few things to consider. You have to put the water heater in the bathroom on for hot water about 30 minutes beforehand so not suitable if you want to get up, have a quick shower and go. It was not a problem for us. No coffee/tea facilities in the room but it’s available in the breakfast area. No fridge in the room which was a major minus for us. Breakfast was simple but nice and freshly cooked in the morning. They kindly arranged laundry for us at a very good price. This was not a place for us. This is accommodation targeted for budget travelers. We felt however the night rate was overpriced for what you get. If you like us have some issues just communicate with the owner and they will be happy to resolve any concerns.…

I've stayed here for a week with lots of positive comments. Thanks to the owner, Aswani and helpful staffs, it tuerned out to be very confortable and safe stay. Especially I would recomend here for solo woman tourist and business persons.
