We had never been to India and were cautioned against staying in Paharganj because it can be quite overwhelming to the senses, but this hotel was truly an oasis! It is just a two blocks off the main market, but it feels worlds away. We were unusual guests because we stayed for 5 weeks, but I highly recommend the Jyoti...

We booked the hotel through email, was very easy, no issues. Stayed for 3 nights, with a gap in between for going to Agra. We've been in 2 different rooms, both of them were nice and clean with AC and fans. The roof terrace is a pleasant suprise, good food for decent prices. The location is not at it's best,...

Date: 28 Jul 2010 I booked this hotel for a 2 night stay in Delhi mainly based on a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately it was rainy season and the streets around the hotel were like mud baths, mainly due to the major building projects that were going on in and around Delhi at the time. the hotel itself is...

Interesting hotel, nice decor, good food, friendly staff. I would stay there again. Maybe there are cheaper places but I thought it was very nice and sort of unique. Breakfast is included in the room price and its very good. Room service is great, nice tv in the rooms. Clean sheets, hot water in the bathroom. Free internet. Our toilet...

The place is not as nice as the photos but still it is interesting and has great character, the staff are really nice and the food on the rooftop restaurant is also really good. On the bad side there are no windows facing the outside and the location is terrible, down a dodgy back alleyway off a crowded noisy area...

As a single, older female traveler, I was especially concerned about my Hotel in Delhi and Hotel Joyti Mahal was perfect for me! My room and private bath were immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Lots of hot water! The location is in the thriving area of Pahar Ganj which should not be off-putting at all. I always felt perfectly safe. The...

If you know the Pahar Ganj and then you find this place you will be guarantee a lovely surprise. Nether a rundown backpackers place nor a poor business hotel. This is a luciously decorated punjabi palace. Beautifully decorated, quiet and with good service. Internet, hot water and a lovely roof plaza add to the ambience. the food is above average...

The hotel itself is located in the Pahar Ganj, close to the Connaught place. As the monuments are scattered all over the city, we chose this hotel because you can always grab a taxi, or a rickshaw or the subway (all are available close to the hotel). The room we got was big and nice old styled, with tv, mini...

This will be a lovely hotel . Right now it has some growing pains ,but for the price it is a bargain. It's clean with nice big rooms and wonderful antique fruniture from Rajasthan . The staff is very attentive . The street could use some cleaning up and the facade as well . I think it takes time for...
