We had our first night in India here. It made a terrible first impression with mouldy bathroom, dirty sheets and rats in the walls that kept us up all night. Thankfully we only had to spend one night here.

Firstly you need to leave western expectations at home! You are in India. The staff were professional and helpful. Cleanliness of bathrooms would be fixed with a liberal dose of bleach. Rooms in general were comfortable, breakfast selection was limited but the a la carte meals were delicious. The rooftop area was a nice retreat from the hustle of the...

I stayed here for a total of 4 nights at the Taj Princess at the beginning and the end of an organised tour. The first three nights were in room 405 on the same floor as the restaurant. It was very noisy, the room was very small, there was no fan, no window and for two of the three nights...

Nice soft bed. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean. It is a well done 3 star hotel. Wifi...

The staff at the front desk of this hotel are great. Somehow our reservation had been mixed up and we arrived to find they were full. They put us at their 'sister hotel' across the street and then moved us back to their place the next day. The room was a setup that was ok, small but quite functional. The...

We had an enjoyable stay here. The hotel is lovely and our room was clean and the bed comfy, no hairdryer in the room but reception can provide one. The staff are friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast and dinner here and food was good, we had a very early check out and the staff provided a breakfast box. The...

Stayed two nights, one at start and one at end of a tour. Had room on 1st and 3rd floor. Room 301 was larger of the two. Both had very comfortable, large bed with super soft sheets. Room has satellite TV, tea/coffee, water, safe, bottled water and mini-bar. Both shower rooms were small but shower was hot. Good breakfast selection...

The staff at this hotel are kind and professional and the food I had in the restaurant was excellent. However, both of the rooms I was offered were infested with a wet moldly smell which made me feel very, very ill. Pretty sure this stuff is extremely toxic. If there were non-mold infested rooms I would consider stay here again.
