Stayed at this hotel with my mother and siblings after driving late into the night. This hotel is in rough shape. It smelled awful, cigarettes and mildew. We saw multiple cockroaches. The carpet was dirty and was pulling up from the floor. Outdoor carpet was ripped and chewed. Paint was peeling from the banisters. My sister had bites on her...

I stayed here because I was exhausted from hours of driving and this was the first place I found. For the price paid, it was a reasonable place though I would call them a low-average property. The furniture appears to be a mix of second hand items from other hotels and the bed was not luxurious but good enough to...

If you're looking for a down-home place with that you can just relax and let go of the city this is the place I recommend even though it's on a busy road there is not a lot of traffic there at night so you can sleep comfortable in the rooms are extremely clean

We had car trouble right at the Collinsville Exit. It was Sunday night and no repair place was open so we decided to check in at the Traveler's Inn and deal with the situation the next morning. It was a $45 room...how long since you had one of those? And the beds were clean and the water was hot for...

This is no longer a Howard Johnson but is called Travellers Inn. I contacted Trip advisor about it but they did not listen and just sent a link to this hotel. I replied again to that email but the link they gave me did not contain the info they said it would and there is no other contact info I...

We were trying to make it to Chattanooga for the night, but between the torrential rain that had followed us for the 8 hours we were already in the car and the late night, we decided to stop at the next hotel we saw. Cue the Collinsville Howard Johnson. Even though it is very old, everything was clean. Actually, the...

I had a great clean place to rest. The services were very good. At first sight, the motel looks old but getting to know that the property is 35 years old its in great conditions. The people at the property make a home away from home by giving all the help they could offer.

Upon arrivat at the office, I had to ring the desk bell several times for assistance. The odor in the waiting area smelled of strong garlic. The room with 2 double beds appeared to be clean upon arrival. The bed linens on 1 bed had not been changed. There was evidence of hair and wrinkles. The comforter smelled of urine...

Went expecting average, but was surprised with the clean property (old, but clean), and the service was excellent. Very nice people at the motel, helpful and friendly and we would definitely recommend to stay there for a peaceful get-away!!

Pool "CLOSED" for reconditioning in June after advertising they have a pool. When I said something (traveling with 4 kids a pool is a must) they said "HAVE" a pool is just closed untill further notice. They tried giving me grief about cancelling my reservation after seeing the pool but I didn't let that stop me. Called HoJo's 800# but...
