This is our second time we have stayed here. It was very clean and comfortable. It is old but they keep it up. I'm sure we will stay there again next year on our way to and from Florida. There is a cute little place to eat right across the street. Great ribs and ice cream.

Don't be shy to try a $43 king room from a visitor center coupon. At least, not this place. We arrived to a friendly young man who checked us in efficiently. The room was a bit old, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. A nice new TV with the entire menu of DirecTV gave me a remote...

Nice room for one night. Morning breakfast was average. Probably wouldn't stay there again Was about $20 over priced. Shower was hard to get in and out. Crab bar not in a good location for us older persons.

Arrived a bit before 9, after driving 740 miles, calling earlier to be sure they had plenty of room on Christmas night. Picked up a travel book with a discount coupon at the Alabama welcome center. Our stay (with tax) was just under $50. We make it a practice on our annual travel from Minnesota to Florida to stay here...

Great experience. Right off the freeway but quiet. Cleaner and more comfortabe than average. All the amenities, flat screen, fridge, micro and wifi. Several eatery choices very close so you won't miss not having a continental breakfast on site. However, coffee is available both in room and in the office.

Pleasantly surprised! Last minute stop driving from Florida back to Indiana and the reviews were good, so we took a chance. Decent price and rooms. Inside is nicer than the outside looks and the staff is very friendly.

This place was absolutely the best! It may not be up to some peoples par but looking for something on the cheaper side since youre already spending a lot on a long trip and clean and quiet, this place is IT! They are very clean, the area is very quiet, and rooms are very comfortable! You will enjoy your stay...

Newly painted, cheerful blue outside. I didn't swim, but the pool looked clean and inviting. Inside the wood furniture was worn. The mattress was comfortable. New TV and refrigerator. Friendly front desk. Well lit. I felt safe- Just what I was looking for while traveling solo.

“Rooms had refrigerator and microwaves. No breakfast. Jacks had really good coffee and this was nearly across the street.”

“Very back building was nice and quiet, but beware 117's fan is outrageously noisy!”

“A room as far away from the main street will be good as the traffic on the main street early morning will otherwise disturb your sleep.”

“These are basic rooms from from a by-gone era. They are much smaller than you may be accustomed to staying in on your travels. For their size, they are well furnished. The TV's work great, the pool is nice and the value is off the chart!!! You can spend more money and get less, if you wish, but this was a great stop on my last night away from home!!!”
