We spent 4 nights at Casa Cayuco to end our honeymoon trip after 2 weeks in Costa Rica. We had such a perfect time there... Dave, Suzanne and their team really took care of us, we felt so priviledged. All the wooden houses are so beautiful, well equiped and decorated. It is really comfortable. Also you have commun rooms with...

Casa Cayuco is my favorite tropical vacation I've ever been on, both because of the unbelievably pristine beach and calm, crystal water, and because of the delightful owners and staff who curate a perfect balance of laid-back luxury. The water and snorkeling are comparable or superior to what I found in Mexico, southeast Asia, and the Great Barrier Reef, but...

This was a wonderful place to stay for three nights, although 6 nights would be even better. The setting is superb, the food is fantastic, and lots of really good things are happening in the nearby indigenous village due to Dave and Suzanne's efforts. We went kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, and paddle boarding, but I must say just sitting on the...

We just spent three nights at Casa Cayuco. The food, accommodation and hospitality couldn’t be better. We had had five busy days in Panama City so really appreciated the relaxing pace here. We did the snorkeling tour and the visit to Salt Creek Ngobe community as well as enjoyed the kayaks and beach. Jose does a great job of accompanying...

Fantastic place! The food is amazing with plenty of vegan options for your delight. Activities are fun and everyone is super nice. It a great place to go to unwind and be off the radar if you want to. They have good internet but, you really don't need it. Make yourself coffee or tea and hang out at the doc...

Casa Cayuco offers the ultimate getaway. Plenty of terrific activities offered, if you choose to be active, and a beautiful paradise, if you choose to relax. The accommodations are surprisingly luxurious, on a secluded tropical island, and every amenity is offered by wonderful hosts Dave and Suzanne. Dave, Suzanne and excellent staff provide every comfort as well as excellent food,...

Dave and Suzanne nailed it in creating the perfect retreat and we nailed it in picking it for our holiday. Wouldn't change a thing from the mattresses to the cabin to the food to the people. We were lucky also to be there at the same time as another family with same aged kids. Connections and friendships are encouraged with...

I would not change a thing about Casa Cayuco! This place is unbelievably special and quickly became a home away from home for us. Although remote, it was worth every minute we spent travelling and more. As we approached the resort on the boat, we were overcome with joy that lasted the entire stay. Casa Cayuco is perfect for a...

This place was incredible. We traveled as a family of four with two teenagers and could not have chosen a better place. As we walked out of our unit, if we turned left we walked directly into a beautiful forest with monkeys, sloths and tons of birds. If we turned right, we were out on a beautiful and secluded beach....
