It was recommended by some friends that stayed there a long time ago. While the setting is stunning, we were hoping for so much more for the great amount of money we paid: towels are stained, sheets are old, toilet flush is broken, armchair is missing one part. It looks like it was a good place at some point but...

Our time here was too short! It's an amazing place, very unique, with open air traditional-style huts right along the ocean. We've stayed 2 months in Bocas town and this trip out to Al Natural was our little good-bye trip to Panama. We were both amazed at how Michel has managed to make such a comfortable place so far from...

In brief: we had some wonderful nights at Al Natural Resort. The huts are clean and sorrounded by wonderful landscape. The sea in front of the huts is good for a refreshment. You have to swim some distance to get to a nice reef in front of the resort. Due to rough sea, the visibilty was only average when we...

My husband and I went to Panama with 3 other couples. It was a first for all of us and the resort exceeded our expectations. We stayed 5 nights in an open air hut right on the Caribbean and had the most amazing vacation. Everyday you could go out on an organized excursion, or just relax on the beach or...

Spent 3 nights here with my husband as we travelled across Panama. Absolutely a unique and terrific stay. The accommodations were open air, simply built but beautiful. We had our own cabana right on the beach. Full view of the sea from our bed. The food was over the top -- likely as good as we have had at any...

My girlfriend and I had the luxury to rent the Villa for several days and it was by far the most stunning beach house I have EVER seen! As for the food, service and dive masters at Al Natural - they are all outstanding. I am very happy with our visit and will return again.

Pros: Great food and service with nice wine with dinner. Good tours and activities. Enjoyed free use of kayaks, snorkel gear and paddle boards. Good walking paths and beach walks. Cons: Didn't deliver hot water shower (as advertised) then ran out of cold water on last day. The door to "bathroom" could barely be forced open. Use of single hose...

Dear customer We really appreciate you appreciated all we had to offer to you. I am very sorry for the hot water but as we have explained to you various times, we just had 20 days without rain and we ran out of rain water. Luckily, we still have well water so you did not have to close the hotel...

This place was absolutely magical - it is quiet and slow and pure beauty. We had our 4-year daughter and she loved it. The water was safe and the shells and white sand were endless. The place was clean and built with love. The kitchen is well stocked. Dinner at Al Natural was so lovely. The staff is amazing. It's...

Stayed 2 nights at resort -glamping that is camping w perks. Bungalow very rustic open air so you hear all the lovely sounds of ocean and jungle. Beds comfortable w mosquito netting (tuck in under bed to avoid any sneaking in at night). Pack mosquito spray and flashlight as solar lighting in huts only lasts an hour or two when...

Only had one day to go diving but wish we would have had many more days to spend with Federico! I haven't been diving in a year so Federico took the time to go over important points with me in a very detailed, thoughtful (and non-condescending way). I have been diving in Belize and all over SEA and it's really...
