After looking through my pictures of Bahia, I feel compelled to write a review. My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights, but 5 full days at the B&B and were very sad to leave. We arrived on Panama air with a pickup by Jack. Since our flight got in at 8:30 in the morning, he brought us into the house...

I would highly recommend staying at Bahia Del Sol or the sister property KoKo Resort. It is ideally situated far enough from town so that you feel like you are part of a Panamanian community versus a group of tourists. The hosts, Lee and Jack are on site every day and are cheerful and willing to help with planning the...

If you are a traveler, not a tourist, you will appreciate this charming bed and breakfast. It is in the heart of a residential community, so you get a glimpse of Panamanian life. The highlight though are the hosts, Lee and Jack. They so deliciously take care of their guests that you will think you are visiting relatives, oh of...

My 2 friends and I stayed at Bahia Del Sol for 4 nights during Carnival. We were greeted by Jack at the airport, and taken to our B&B. We arrived, and had a beautiful room for the first night, but our hosts thought we would like the suite much better, so they moved us there on the second night. Both...

This is a great B&B about a 20 minute walk from Bocas Town...easy to get a $1 cab....and set in a Panamanian neighborhood. Jack and Lee are great hosts and are always around to chat with you...they have many recommendations for things to do/restaurants and will set something up for you, call a cab no problem. I had the master...

This is the only place I stayed in Bocas del Toro - but I travel a good amount and have stayed in a lot of places. Jack & Lee were born to be innkeepers, and they run a great, chill, non-resort bed & breakfast situated peacefully on stilts overlooking the bay. Their place is a real gem - I will...

We booked this hotel at the last minute and were suprised to get an insatnt confirmation. Other hotels we tried to contact in the area never bothered to reply. Jack and Lee were excellent hosts and you have to love those breakfasts Jack cooked. We were upgraded to the upstairs room with a wonderful view of Saigon Bay. We loved...

We stayed at Bahia Del Sol for 4 days in December last year. When we first arrived (we arrived late at night) I thought to myself "what is this place?" It's basically located in a local neightborhood. The owners are really friendly and helpful and Jack makes the best breakfast i've ever tasted. They ask you what you would like...

We are a house. That's why we are listed as a bed and breakfast. That's why our website says guest house. We are not Playa Tortuga a 40+ room "resort" and have no intentions of trying to be. We are a 4 room bed and breakfast. If your idea of a good time is to stay at Playa Tortuga please...
