Awesome hotel, with a lot of outdoor space and beautiful gardens. I had forgotten my wallet on one of the restaurant tables, which had quite some money in it and one of the staff returned to us very honestly. Very helpful team, delicious food and very beautiful location.

The hotel is situated high up,in the hills just outside of Kandy. The views from the rooms and public terraces are outstanding. Staff are very cheerful and obliging. The rooms are a bit dated but none the worse for that. The bed is extremely comfortable. The evening buffet is excellent with a wide choice of quality food. It is quite...

I was on a sponsored twenty one day stay, by an International NGO. Loved the welcome, drink which was a herbal tea with jaggery. The front office staff were very courteous & polite. My room was room No:9 on the first floor, Great room, well designed & well supplied. The food was good & the dining room staff were eager to...

The views from this resort are amazing and its a very peaceful location should you wish to relax and read a book. The staff are friendly and attentive. The overall property and rooms are tired and dated aka 'Rustic' with a daily buffet.

stayed here for 2 nights while we visited Kandy. Fab hotel with fantastic views over Kandy. Room ok but bathroom tiny - only complaint. Food really good and views over Kandy amazing both in morning and evening if you can get a table outside - there weren't many - otherwise inside which was ok but no view. Pool great and...

I think the hotel is well designed as it doesent feel as large as it is, The location is fantastic, overlooking the city and away from the hussle and bustle. We had a good room overlooking the city with a small balcony. The service was excellent at every point. The food was buffet style, with the resultant advantages and disadvantages,...

The view is great but save yourself some trouble and find a different hotel. We stayed for one night and had an beyond awful experience with this hotel and the management. The hotel took a group booking of about 50 people and put on an event that evening that went on until 11.30pm and if it wasn't because I complained...

We went there only for a day visit, to use the pool and then the Lunch buffet. It’s relatively good spread of food. Garden, foliage & the main entrance maintained very well.. so beautiful and clean. Reception staffs were very friendly. Just a small comment Pool area to be cleaned and tide-up, just a look a bit worn-out. And also...

This place would have scored way higher if it was half the price. We stayed in a junior suite, booked for 2 adults and 2 children, in the room was only 1 double bed and a tiny sofa, eventually we were brought an extra (very small) bed. Still not quite what I was expecting for $380 a night. The location...
