Hotel is an old colonial bungalow which is stuck in time. This is definitely part of the charm. The furniture seems as old as the building which is generally fine but would recommend upholstering the threadbare sofas and giving them a good dusting. Great gardens for the children to play and a games room for the evening. Pity the swimming...

Beautiful bungalow in a lovely setting with fabulous views and excellent service. This is the place to go for a peaceful few days away from everything. We stayed two nights at the Bungalow and had a truly restful and extremely comfortable stay enjoying the peace and tranquility. The views down the valley are stunning and we enjoyed walks in the late afternoon through the tea estate. The staff were wonderful with Terrence, the Manager, ever attentive and we were superbly looked after by Mani and Vishwanathan....

Excellent place for relaxation and enjoying sights seeing. reading....tracking btw tea gardens. place is very unique and perfect spot. services top class with chief. Sroundings are overwhelming Swimming pool is out of order. ... bathrooms need maintenance ans bathtubs required replacement.

We spent a tranquil and refreshing 2 nights at the Hatale Tea Bunglow in Pinawale, located an hours drive away from Kandy. I had beautiful and comfortable weekend with my family , the hospital was amazing, I recommend for relaxation. The people there were very helpful . It was peaceful and relaxing, loved the concept, can't wait to visit again
