We stayed in a triple room and it had good air conditioning and fan. the shower was a bit cold. we ate at the restaurant and the curries were great. we really enjoyed the garden and eating outside. just make sure you wear insect repellent. We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Booking process was efficient and pleasurable. We got a lovely room with two double beds (and some great thick mattresses). The room was very big and clean. It was a bit dates, but looking at value for money this is an absolute gem. We knew that this was not the Four Seasons, so...

We stayed here for three nights whilst visiting the ancient sites. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The garden area was beautiful, which is where you can choose to dine. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The wifi is excellent. There were the normal issues of intermittent lack of water but this appears to be a Sri...

I visited this place with my family, and we stayed four nights. That is a bit longer than most people stay in Anuradhapura, but we enjoyed it a lot, partly because this hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the restaurant / beer garden is great to hang around, which was perfect for doing homework with...

This is a good place for a family going for a Pilgrimage to Anuradhapura. Clean rooms with AC. Food is very nice and clean. Taking food separately could be a bit expensive. But if it is BB/FB/HB, its worth. I can recommend this place to even foreigners who comes to visit the Sacred city.

We stayed for one night with Nimal at the Milano tourist rest. Nimal was a fantastically warm, welcoming and helpful host. Before we even landed in Sri Lanka he had helped to source a driver for our first 4 days in Sri Lanka at a reasonable rate. The rooms are fairly basic but clean and the bed was super comfortable....

The rooms are clean and spacious, the garden perfect to have breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is very good with an important choice of continental and local food. The people there can organise the visit of the city but also trasportation to Dambulla, Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa, providing drivers at a correct rate for a day trip. Special mention to Nimal...
