I booked a private room as it looked like good value in the old city compared to a hotel. But you get what you pay for. The private rooms aren't part of the hostel but on the other side of the old city above a pizza shop. Location is great being in the old town and you have to expect...

First of all the staff here are great, as is the location. My only issue is that my room was oversold when I arrived, even though I called the day before and they said everything was fine and I should just turn up as normal. When I got there I was told I wouldn't be in the dorm I booked,...

Really disappointing experience trying to book the big Montenegro Tour. We e-mailed in advance to book in and were told to just come in and pay when we arrived in Budva. When we arrived the guy on reception had no idea we were coming and informed us the tour wasn't going ahead. After lots of phone calls, it still wasn't...

Gordana from the Montenegro Hostel gave us excellent friendly service. She organized a driver to take us directly from Budva to Mostar, achieving a great price and acquiring a friendly safe driver. The result: a 3.5 hour trip through the back country of Montenegro / Bosnia and Herzegovina, rather than an 8.5 hour bus trip! We also stopped to take...

I only came to this hostel because of the day trips that they offer. I purposefully skipped Albania to do the trip offered by the hostel. I was here three days and they didn't offer it once. One day he said they weren't going to go because it was going to storm but there weather was perfect in both Albania...

We stayed in late May and there were a few other people but no one else in our room (8 person bed) which was perfect. The owner, Biji was very nice and really helpful, and so were Pavle and Maja who were very polite and knowledgable about the town and area. The hostel has a really quiet and chill vibe....

I stayed only one night but Milan was super helpful in helping me with my bags, showing me the way and truly went above and beyond my expectations of hostel staff. The hostel was empty and I had a bed in a dorm with 1 other girl. There is a kitchen that is well equipped and a bathroom. The dorm...

The people of the hostel are so nice and always very willing to help you in any way possible! Sasa is the best host a hostel could ever have. He helps the guests with everything and when his work is over he plans a party night with everybody in the hostel so you can easily meet everybody! The boss is...
