Beginning with the last month of 2014, Sofin Hotel in Galati is no longer a hotel. It has turned into a business center, and its new name is Coşbuc Business Center. It is about the fifth name that the hotel next to the Culture House of the Trade Unions in Galaţi received after 1989. It was first "Tourist", then "Queen", a short time called "Valeologia", after the name of the company in The Republic of Moldova in charge of this period turned into "Sofin", after which it became "Turist", so now it is called "Coşbuc Business Center". The tenants of the new Cosbuc Business Center are from all areas, ranging from lawyers or notaries, to photo studios or beauty salons. Rents of 130 euro per month are not the smallest in town and area, but the fact that there is a consistent demand means that the idea of a business center in Galati is really a business.…
