Breakfast and dinner are included in the hotel fare, so it helps make your overall expenses more affordable. The rooms are very clean and cozy, a bit on the small side. More of a modern hotel than the other 2 we stayed at while in Cusco, so it was a nice change in atmosphere. Our room was unfortunately next to...

The hotel is clean and in an excellent location as a base for Macchu Pichu. You can walk everywhere here and it is only a few minutes from the station. Be prepared for people arriving and leaving at all hours, because they are here for one of the wonders of the world. The restaurant is quick and efficient and the...

We really enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting Machu Picchu - its location was perfect for access to transport to the site as well as to the restaurants and shops. The dining room provides excellent cuisine and well worth sampling. The rooms are more than adequate and the staff helpful. Cheers - Jules

Do yourself a favour and book into the El Mapi. Not only are the rooms clean and welcoming, but the staff are friendly and most of them are fluent in English. After a long day wandering around the Machu Picchu ruins with our guide, it was lovely to come to the inn and be met by friendly faces. They also...

We stayed at El Mapi in between our two days at Machu Picchu. It is close to the train station and the bus to Machu Picchu. The rooms are clean and modern with a safe. They have a very nice buffet breakfast and everyone is invited to their happy hour with a free Pisco Sour. We had dinner in their...

This hotel was a great reprieve in the heart of Aguas Calientes. It was quiet, comfortable, and fun. Our room was lovely. We really enjoyed the terry cloth robes. You also get a free pisco sour on arrival! Dinner and breakfast are included. We missed dinner, but breakfast was really good! Big buffet. And we had an included lunch too...

Stayed after hiking and to our surprise it included dinner and 2 free drinks. We didn't use drinks but did the dinner and it was actually pretty good! 3 course meal and I was so happy to get some Alfredo! Hotel was nice and clean with a bug sliding glass window to cool room. They promptly brought more shampoo when...

Modern and clean hotel on a good location , close to the railway station and the bus pick-up. Restaurant is ok but limited choice. Some parts of the hotel can be very noisy but you are at Aguas calientes were people leave before day break to go to Machu Picchu.

We got very sick on their food!! It was not altitude sickness, we had already acclimated in the Scared Valley for a four days. It was their food. This has never happened to us in all our years of traveling internationally. The first night we arrived we had their included dinner. Everything on their menu had dairy in it, which...
