Sitting in this really expensive room now. But is sounds like I am sitting in the bar/pizza place outside our window. Worst noise I have ever experienced at a hotel in decades of travel. We were tired from trekking and didn't have the energy to complain until after showers. As the sun set, the noise level grew.

This hotel is very nice, with a great egg station for breaksfast. It is centrally located and is clean. The staff are friendly and the rooms are well equipped. The main issue is the noise level. The doors are really loud when they close, external and internal. Everytime someone opens or closes a door it echoes throughout the whole buliding....

This is a good midrange hotel. We stayed two nights and our booking included dinner and breakfast. The breakfasts were good, but i wouldn't bother with the dinners - there are better eats to be found around the town. Very comfortable bed and friendly, good staff.

Inkaterra is typically some of the finest hotels you'll find in Peru. Many good qualities to this property. Unfortunately me and my girlfriend's stay was marked by food poisoning. While you can never be 100% certain on where the poisoning came from, I'm highly suspicious of the hotel breakfast. Aquas Calientes is so over-run by tourists that the food is...

This hotel was a delightful surprise. In Peru, my husband and I stayed in 5 different hotels and thought we only stayed one night, this one was my favorite. The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms were comfortable and bright. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a great bar that gave us free pisco sours and...

The hotel surprises you! In the midst of the small town, in the busy market street (barely 200 mtrs from town square) lies this hidden treasure. El Mapi has every bit of adventure, pleasure, relaxation you want all combined into one. Food and Service was excellent and well organized. Brekkie starts from 4am since folks who want to head to...

Like most reviewers here, we stayed at this hotel for only one night as part of our upgraded tour package. After hiking for 3 days and camping for 2 nights, my husband and I were so ready to glam it up a bit. This hotel is so nice and clean. It has a boutique style and is modern looking. The...

Good location. Nothing fancy but pleasant. Morning breakfast buffet was adequate. Help yourself to all the coffee and food you need. 5 minute walk to the Inca Market. So many booths have the same stuff.....try to negotiate when you see something you like.

This hotel is a surprise with its modern rooms with conveniences such as refrigerators and hair dryers. The rooms are nicely furnished. It is close to the train station and bus. I would advise trying to stay in building 1 which is further from the dining room. The noise from the dining room picks up about 4 AM.

Only stayed one night at this hotel, but really enjoyed. Very modern, and clean. Close to train, and bus that takes you to see Machu Piccu. Great pick by our tour company. Right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. No need to eat elsewhere, dinner and breakfast excellent.
