The check in process was okay. The staff could have been more friendly. We had been trekking for three days in the cold and were eager for warm showers, which were advertised. Had the coldest shower with horrible water pressure. The bed and linens were clean + comfortable (only plus). The next day we left 12 pieces of luggage in...

We staied one night in the hotel. The room was very small without windows. The breakfast was very simple but we didn't expect much more regarding the price. The big problem was that a bag we left in the reception for the day was stolen!! The hotel staff didn't do anything beside to say they sorry. They still charged us...

Location Aguas Calientes is small, so everything is relatively close. 5 minute walk to the train or shopping. 7 minute walk to the buss to Machu Picchu. 10 minute walk to the opposite end of town. 15 minute walk to hot springs. Step out the door for food. Rooms Spacious, comfy beds, big bathrooms with reliably hot water! Very clean....

Stayed here after 2 nights in dodgy hostels on the inca jungle trek. This was organized through world wide exotic adventures agency. Was good to have a piping hot shower! So rare in Peru. 2 beds, a tv and wifi. This place was centrally located and the beds and pillows very comfortable. They also cater for early breakfasts so you...

I only stayed one night at the ECO Inn. The room was nice and clean and had Plasma TV. And you get a free breakfast... It was right in the Center of town and close to many Resturants and the Market. And within easy walking distance to the Bus that takes you to Machu Picchu

We stayed at this inn for 2 nights in early June 2013. Lodging was basic, clean, and secure (that's all we wanted). Our room had 2 beds, a new flat screen TV, and the room was large. If you are looking for basic lodging at a reasonable price, this is it. The stay included a basic continental breakfast.

This hotel was very clean, in a good location, and had a kind young woman who worked the front desk. They have a small room for you to leave your suitcases for free while you travel up to Machu Picchu even after you've checked out for the day. The beds were comfortable and the large shower had nice hot water....
