We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was fabulous! We had a lovely room, huge shower, and cosy fireplace! I had one of my best meals every in the restaurant and the chocolate dessert is to die for! The place is within easy walking distance of the town, they have a lovely pool but it was a bit cold...

We were on a 3-week, small-group tour of Peru and unfortunately stayed here for only one night. The group had originally been scheduled to stay at another hotel in Aquas Calientes. We were switched to this hotel because the local tour agency in Cuzco wanted to make amends for their mistakes in our hotel booking in Cuzco. Thank goodness for...

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel in our cozy cottage with a fireplace! Loved the orchid garden and enjoyed walking with a guide around the property viewing all the plants and over 2,000 orchids. Perfect location next to the village to take the train back to Cusco and up to Machu Picchu. We enjoyed all our meals at the hotel...

It was like a stay in the rainforest. The grounds were stunning. We took a lovely guided orchid tour. The rooms are spread throughout the grounds. The room itself was comfortable with a small shower room. Little presents on the bed included belt purses and bookmark. Inside the beds hot water bottles had thoughtfully been placed. Food at dinner and...

All the rooms are individual/paired lodges in jungle-like surroundings - ours had a log fire which was certainly needed to warm the too warm the room up at night. There were some good walks in the hotel bounds and it was only 5 minutes walk to the bus stop to go up to Machu Picchu. The bed was comfortable and...

We spent one night here during our 2 day system stay in the area. Lunch UN the cafe straight after the train ride from Cusco was a lovely end to an incredible journey and highly recommended. Dinner in the main restaurant was nice but in hindsight going out to get the vibe of the town would have been more interesting......

After our tour to Machu Picchu we stayed at Inkaterra MP overnight. We arrived early afternoon at the hotel and our luggage was waiting for us at the front desk as promised. We were quickly and efficiently checked in and advised that our room had been upgraded to a deluxe room. Nice surprise! Our cottage overlooked the river and train...

Great hotel, set in lush tropical forest, with its own trails , a must for nature lovers and bird watchers. Superb rooms, with little fireplaces, very authentic, pricey, but worth every penny. Best hotel in Matchu pichu for sure.

My wife and I stayed at this amazing hotel briefly during our Machu Picchu trip last month. It is the ONLY hotel to consider in the area. No comparison to the others. Large, beautiful rooms with real fireplace! Service was perfect and the restaurant was upscale. The grounds were so peaceful and it felt like a sanctuary. Staying here made...

I stayed here in conjunction witha fairly high end tour of Peru. We were here two nights. Of all the places we stayed, this one impressed me the least, although that is more of a statement about the other establishments. Grounds here were spectacular, public spaces, lass so. No probe m with noise from the traine
