I had the unique opportunity to visit this hotel, we did a site inspection and in an incredible property. 5* luxury with great facilities. The hotel has an in-house restaurant plus another café/restaurant just outside near the train lines. Nice bungalows/casitas with all the facilities. Is well preserved, "is in the forest" but with access to Aguas Calientes town. I...

What an amazing hotel to experience. We only had one night here, but enjoyed every moment. The room was large, quiet, and very comfortable. No electronics to louden the area. All you could hear were the birds and trees rustling. The dinner was 5 star and probably the second best meal we've ever had, with impeccable service. The quinoa pancakes...

The grounds of this property have to be experienced to believe. The lush gardens with waterfalls and abundant bird life are so peaceful. It was amazing to see hummingbirds up close. The excursion we chose was the spectacle bears. The staff who care for the rescued bears are so passionate about their wellbeing. Accommodation is bungalow style and basic but...

We opted for the premium hotel standard for our week in Peru, and ended up at the Inkaterra Machu Picchu for two nights. I knew nothing about the inkaterra brand, and so had no expectations. The hotel is a series of bungalows spread out over an old plantation. I can't speak highly enough of the inkaterra commitment to customer service....

We had lunch at this hotel restaurant. We were 26 of us. Everyone was happy with the service . The food was very very good and plates well presented. The restaurant is well located. near the train station. But be aware that , in Aguas Calientes, everything is within walking distance of the train station.

Machu Picchu is one of my favorite places in the world and Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo hotel is in my opinion the only hotel of the area that can make a match with the sacred citadel. Build as a little town in the middle of jungle gardens and mountains, as soon you cross the bridge to enter, the not so...

Beautiful, elegant and peaceful in its rainforest setting, this outstanding hotel also provides excellent service. The hotel is situated on a series of terraces with fountains, pools and sitting areas that are connected by stone steps. It’s extremely restful but only a five to ten minute walk from the center of bustling Aguas Calientes and the train station. The rooms...

The number one complaint of most people we talked to was the fact that they did not stay another night. One night just isn't enough. We hiked K104 all day and entered Machu Picchu. We waited until the next day to go back early and explore, otherwise it would have been rushed. This hotel is not plush by any means....

Stayed a night between day trips to Machu Picchu. The hotel is well located for everything, the rooms nice and the meals good. The hotel layout and vegetation around the hotel was wonderful for unwinding after walking through Machu Picchu. Just wish I could have stayed longer but that was not in the itinerary.

Just departed from this amazing oasis this morning! What an experience. We spent two nights here so as not to rush our visit to Machu Picchu and was not disappointed. Bus to MP was just a few minutes away. Train station as well. However once you entered the extensive grounds of this hotel you feel you are in a different...
