Detailed Reviews
There were 3 of us sharing the top floor room with a view of the river. The sound of the river put us all asleep. Good WI-FI reception too.
Staff were very helpful. They even provided a to-go lunch menu so we would have something to eat while we were visiting Machu Picchu.

It was such a beautiful, cute, homely hotel!
I didn't speak Spanish, but two receptionists (father and son?)He used a translator to convey information about the hotel and Machu Picchu.
The rooms were beautiful and nicely decorated, and the lobby was like a half-atrium, so I was comforted by the view outside and the sound of the river.
The bed is also soft and comes with a towel, disposable shampoo and soap, and if you tell the front desk, they can lend you a hairdryer.
I was staying in a shared room in a hostel before I came here, so I was able to relax and relieve myself of the fatigue of being alone in a beautiful hotel for the first time in a while.
I asked to be allowed to wait for about an hour because I had time to get on the train, and he agreed.
The receptionist was the first Japanese person I had ever met, and they asked me questions about Mt. Fuji and explained about the mountain Machu Picchu. Thank you very much ☺️

+1
The rooms are small but well appointed. They are very helpful but only speak Spanish. We stayed in a room we were quoted as 40 USD but I paid in Soles. The conversion was fair. There is a standard charge 5 percent to use your credit card. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful but June nights are cold by the river and there was no heater remaining when we asked. The bathroom was nice with a big shower and beautiful sink. Just had to step up to get from the room to the bath. Pics are from AFTER we used the room. It was clean and made up when we arrived. Meant for one but big enough for 2 people. I didnt find it noisy and the upstairs patio was a great place to rest after checkout before the train. Wifi was solid and the staff had great advice! Great It location. It was midway to the hot spring and the train. In the morning away from the lines but direct path and very ose to the bus to Machu Picchu.

Since landing at the station of Aguas Calientes there was an employee of Terrazas del inca to receive me and accompany me to the hotel. Contact with property owner Carlos was always of extreme care and kindness started in Brazil until the arrival. The stay was impeccable. Super comfortable rooms, clean, with heater, comfortable bed and a view of the river. As my schedule was one of the first to enter Machu Picchu, the team of Terrazas held a mother's coffee buffet at 5 a.m. with a variety of breads, coffee, coca mate and even made measured eggs. All with a lot of affection and love. Carlos allowed us to leave our bags to take a walk around the city, have lunch and then take the train in the afternoon shift and return to Ollaytambo. All I have to do is thank you for the prestige, the best tips to get to know Peru and the whole reception held here. I recommend closed eyes and would definitely return to this amazing place.

The hotel is close to the train station. It is next to the aquascalientes river, making it a very nice and relaxing place.
We were welcomed at the Fran hotel, the very friendly receptionist and attentive to everything we needed. We thank you very much for making our trip a pleasant experience. Rich breakfast and prepared us scrambled eggs.
After our visit to Machu Pichu, we were allowed to wait in the loft for the train to leave, we could charge our cell phones and drink tea. Plus they kept our bags. They made us feel very welcome.
In addition, Fran was very friendly and accompanied me to leave me at the entrance of the baths, as I did not know quite where I was.
Fran, you're the best, thank you very much.

Excellent location, nearby is the ten station, market, plaza and ticket sales.
The facilities have what you need and the beds are super comfortable.
Breakfast is perfect to go before a tour since they serve it early and there is always tea ☕️
The attention was the best, Carlos and Frank are very friendly. I would definitely return! 🙌🏻

Carlos at the front desk made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! He went above and beyond, someone was at the train station exit to help me with my bags. I even asked if they had cookies and Carlos had someone go buy some for me for my late-night tea that they offer complimentary. Would stay here again!

Double check with the owners. When I booked I specified that we were a family and gave ages and gender.
They have oil-filled radiant heaters, but in July is not cold.
