This is the perfect hotel to check into after 4 days on the Inca Trail. The beds are soft, the pillow are downy, the showers have lots of hot water delivered at high pressure. The breakfast buffet is big and so tasty. The cooked-to-order eggs and cinnamon buns were perfect for satisfying even my sons' enormous post-hike appetites. We found...

We were so appreciate of the wonderful service and nice facilities at the Tierra Viva Machu Picchu. We were met at the train station (notified them ahead of time during online booking) and our luggage was carried by cart down to the hotel. This was not a trivial thing and the return to the train the next day was the...

We stayed here for one night to be able to experience a two day visit to Machu Picchu since it is such an expensive trip we wanted to enjoy more than one day. The service of this hotel is great, they even offered to meet us on the train station with our luggage before our train departed. They even accommodate...

This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Machu Picchu. It's located a short walk from the train station and the main square with shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very well presented with a large, bright reception with places to sit and relax. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable...

In general a very good experience in Machu Picchu. Hotels here can go for high prices and we believe this hotel hits the right mix of value for the money. The rooms in the hotel are nice and have all the necessary amenities. The breakfast included with the room was actually very good. A full breakfast with many options available....

We stayed at the hotel for one night before our visit to Machu Pichu. The service at the hotel starting with the front desk was great. We had booked a junior suite at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating to add an additional bed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids in the room. The front desk was also...

Probably the most American-like hotel we stayed at. They give you 2 bottles of water complimentary which is very nice when you are only drinking/brushing teeth with bottled water. They gave great advice at the desk and even made change for us. Bed was very comfortable and nice big bathroom. Although the hotel is across from the river and close...

This is not the fanciest hotel, but I recommend it. It is very quiet, comfortable and beautifully located on the river. The rooms are large, the bathrooms new, clean and great water pressure. I do recommend this to all but the spoiled. If you are looking for the 4 seasons, keep going.

We checked out this spot based Ina trip advisor recommendation and once again, it came through! The journey here began when we got off the train and saw a gentleman with a sign who then lead a group of us to the building. It's about a quarter of a mile from the train station right on the road out of...

It's a nice hotel, relatively well located, that has everything you may need. Showers are great, the rooms are ok, everything very simple, including breakfast buffet, but it's OK. They have a great service: you can leave your luggage when you check out and they will bring it to you to the train station entrance, just on time for you...
