They had breakfast out early so I could make my 7:00am start time climbing Huayna Picchu. The very steep peak just north of Machu Picchu. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the shower was excellent.

We stayed with an OAT, Overseas Adventure Travel, tour. The old building is nice and the rooms were clean. We did have to carry our bags up the stairs but they do have help, if needed. The breakfast was outstanding. Only 3 minute walk to the bus to get you up to Machu Picchu.

This is a good hotel in Machu Picchu. Not far from train station or bus to Machu Picchu, central location. Staff really nice and helpful, a few small issues with English however sorted out quickly. A few issues with wifi but still decent. Lovely view from window in my room which was a nice size.

Stayed there for a 2D1N during the visit to Machu Picchu, it's located aside the Urubamba river (which tour guide said it's the entrance of Amazon river). My room is facing the river so that I could enjoy the view of it; however, you will keep hearing the water flow endlessly through out the night. The hotel decoration is a...

Stayed here after our Inca Trail Trek. It's located just off the mail tourist area which means that it's pretty quiet. Our room over looked the river which made for a very good nights sleep. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The have a laundry service which was awesome, no more stinky clothes. They stored our bags after we...

Small hotel just out of the main tourist area but close enough to walk everywhere. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Staff were freindly and helpful. Good breakfast and eggs cooked fresh. Great view from the windows of the raging river that runs through the town.

The beds and pillows are firm. Some like that. There was mould on the bathroom tiles. The location is about as far away the centre as you can get but it's not a hard walk. There is no minibar and no complimentary water. No kettle. No tea or coffee in the room. The bar downstairs was not open. They did...

Stayed here for one night after visiting Machu Picchu and it was just OK. Our room was up three levels which was an unwelcome addition to the days hiking. No minibar or drink making facilities. Two small windows, of which opened onto a rubbish tip directly out side. The room was clean and of a reasonable size. The 9am checkout...

This was my life milestone trip to Machu Picchu. The way the agency organized the itinerary only left me one night here in Aguas Calientes but I could have stay longer. Reachable only by train, this is your point to stay as close as you can to get on the early morning buses to Machu Picchu Archeological zone. There are...

We did a full day hiking and was exhausted at the end. A hot shower was the most needed thing and the hotel did perfectly. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also pretty good. There was only one thing that we will complain about. They charge for late check out fee after 9:00 am....
