I went there recently 2 times. Oct 2015 and March 2016, staying 5 and 6 days. Actually I went there the second time because they promised everything was set and fine. Unfortunately both times the room has something wrong, water coming everywhere from the bath and air conditioned very noisy. It took 4 days not to fix it and then...

I arrived at this hotel about 7 days ago. I was not full of expectations but was hopeful based on the reviews I had diligently researched. Poor points: My bathroom door won't close due to poor fitting. Maitainance is poor as in most Nigerian establishments. No floor towel on the first day but was fully rectified on subsequent days. However,...

Hi i would like to call attention to the fact that my sister had an unpleasant BIRTHDAY dinner at the @hotelbonvoyage restaurant where we were swindled and treated shoddily yesterday Nov 4th 2016. I called the restaurant last week to book a table. Called about 3 times, the final call being same afternoon to Chika at the front desk who called me back to confirm the reservation and that I was allowed to come in with a birthday cake. I got into the restaurant and didn't see the calamari and jumbo prawns I had earlier seen online. I made this observation to the chef. Also most of the serving points were empty. The starters were gone apart from peppersoup. I spoke with Harrison the waiter assigned to us and he promised the dishes would be replenished. We started eating expecting that we would get some more but the chef came out and said no one told him that people were coming for a birthday otherwise if he got that order form he would have prepared specially. He went to the front desk to confirm that I had indeed called. He apologised and told us that he's sorry they were actually winding down and sent some pieces of chicken along with some seafood pasta which was just macaroni with a few shrimp in it. I asked Harrison the waiter to allow me speak with a manager. He kept stalling from 8.30pm that I made the request to 10pm that we left saying that no Manager or Auditor was 'on seat'. Bolanle at the front desk called a Mr. DAN her supervisor to explain everything but he still maintained that we must still pay the full cost of 4500/head despite the fact that we did not have the full buffet.  We angrily paid and left
