Truly unique and unexpected experience near the Algerian border. I was upgraded to a tent in a separate area usually only available for special guests. The living area was spacious and delicately decorated in a spartan yet Moroccan décor. Separate bathroom in same tent was just right. Great Berber music around the campfire at night. Yusuf, my excellent Berber/Nomade guide...

I've been there for 3 times sleeping on the roof, on the desert and in the rooms. Great experience with lots of friends and unforgetable vacations! The owner, Zaid, is a great, kind and nice person, and all the staff are also nice people. The camel trip to camp site in the great dune in erg chebi is awesome. Seeing...

We did not sleep on the hotel but at the camp site that is owned and operated by this hotel. We rode our camels there, camped and on the next morning, we rode back and had breakfast here. Alibaba was very helpful, had a great sense of humor and was very funny. He tried to make us all laugh. We...

On the positive side, the trek to the desert camp was very nice. The guide was incredibly friendly and prepared. On the negative side: 1) The coordinator Mohamed was quite aggressive in selling the 2 day tour in the desert (one at a camp and another with a nomadic family). He pushed the idea but I'm glad I decided on...

The hotel was wonderful, and laid out nicely. The room had one VERY large bed, consisting of two pushed together! It was larger than a king! So spacious. The staff was kind, and the hotel bar was affordable and stocked with all sorts of yummy libations. We were also visited by a man and his camel! it was a fun...

Me and my boyfriend stayed here in 2012 and had a great time. Morocco in general had given us a tough time, but at Kasbah Erg Chebi we could relax and feel like kings. The hotel owner was really nice and invited us for Friday Couscous with his family and drove us around. We got our monies worth and loved...

This hotel was in a beautiful location, and the building itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff was outstanding, particularly veteran employees Abdul, Sayed, and Ibrahim. They spoke several languages fluently, including English and Spanish which made communication easy even though we did not know the national languages of Arabic or French. They went out of their way to make...

This Kasbah was a wonderful conclusion to my trip to Morocco. It was a last minute decision to go there, but the staff accommodated us wonderfully. they were great about setting up excursions such as an overnight stay in the desert, camel rides, transportation to town, etc... The food was excellent and the staff incredibly friendly. We ran out of...

This place is truly spectacular! The dunes start right outside the front of the hotel. The food from the restaurant (90 MAD per meal) and the hotel cats are adorable. They set up the camel excursions and transportation at no extra charge. The only thing I would complain about is if you don't have a car, you are dependent completely...
