We regularly stay here (at least once a year). Rooms are quite basic but everything is always clean. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Shame it doesn't serve food but there are plenty of places nearby. Good location for people watching if you stay in a room facing the square, not just at night when everyone comes out, but during...

I really liked my room at the Espana, and my whole experience in Larache was a good one. The room was comfortable and clean... except when I dropped something and saw that everything (literally) had been swept under the bed! It needs a little sprucing up in that department. The staff were in general good, although one staff member was...

I stayed here for 3 nights last week. Its centrally located, which is handy in some respects. However it also means there's noise outside till midnight. The wifi connection is good. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel which is a pain. There is no lift to the 1st or 2nd floor so if your disabled you won't...

I stayed here in spring of 2014. My ancient PL Guide did not say great things about it. It turned out to be a wonderful, spotlessly clean hotel. Very good quality for the cost. The staff was most kind and helpful. Lots of nice cafes and food in area.

This is a well maintained, charming hotel replete with typical Spanish architecture (c. 1920) - close to the ocean and the main plaza/square. I had a recently renovated room which was fantastic - wood floors, modern furniture, smart design, flat screen television, double pane windows (that open allowing fresh, ocean breezes in and at night, keeping external noise out) and...

Perfect location Good service Not to expensive Centrally located in Larache I would recommend whilst visiting the town try to get a view of the square as during the evening the centre comes to life! Located within a five minute radius is lots of coffee shops very popular with the local community.

If you want to be in the town centre then this hotel is perfect. My family and I managed two get two rooms with balconies overlooking the square, view was amazing as the square is the central point where all pass. The hotel is neat and clean and will not break the bank!

I had heard of this hotel prior to my visit and it did not disappoint. Had a room on the second floor which appeared to have been recently refurbished, but still had the period shutters and concrete balcony. Sitting there on a Sunday evening overlooking the cafes and street traders below, made me feel as if I was in the...

Hotel España has a prime location right on the Spanish built plaza. It's housed in a grand old protectorate era building. The old man who was at reception when I arrived in the evening was friendly and spoke good English. 2 younger ladies during the day spoke good Spanish and told me they spoke English too. My room was a...

Excellent location, nice room & friendly staff. We would go back. The price was ok. The reception was tidy and people friendly. The only thing is that We asked for some hot water for a tea and they couldn't get ... I mean... It was not something so difficult and it could have been solved with little effort. The man...
