This is a tale in two parts. The first is that the hotel is situated just outside the very main part of old Chefchaouen, so it’s remarkably convenient for heading straight into tourist central, the medina. It’s very clean, and has plenty of authentic Moroccan touches. In fact, it’s very pretty and has a superb view over the famous blue...

This was the first guest house I stayed in Morocco and probably my favourite. The blue gate out the front, authentic interiors and outdoor restaurant were beautiful enough, until I discovered the view from the pool which was absolutely breathtaking!

This place is its own little world, tucked away in the hills, with stunning views! I loved it and never wanted to leave! It's very convenient to town, but is far away enough that you can enjoy the view of town from your balcony (if you have one) or poolside. While I wasn't overly impressed by the front desk staff,...

If you stay here make sure you get a room in the main building, otherwise you will be faced with over 50 open air stone steps with no handrail. My room was one of two ensuite double bedrooms with a shared sitting room. The tap on the basin and the shower fiitment were both loose, the wardrobe had only 2...

We stayed 2 nights in this most delightful and enchanting hotel. Exudes rustic charm with the most amazing views of the mountains and village. Friendly staff, good food and great wifi all complemented our stay here. Would highly recommend this beautiful place. At least 2 nights to really enjoy this town.

Beautiful hotel - lovely rooms, most with spectacular views across the town. Lovely gardens and restaurant. Great service. Enchanting place. We shared a two bedroom villa with friends, with the added advantage of our own rooftop terrace! Nice pool - only complaint is the limited hours its open!!

Stayed 2 nights with our Intrepid travel group and felt like a little luxury with the position looking over the township and abutting the rocky hills behind. The pool was a treat, and lots of poolside area. Food delicious and staff generally helpful. Only issue was our bungalow had a rooftop terrace on top that a large group started at...

We just finished two weeks in marvelous Morocco and spent one night (sadly, would have preferred more!) in Dar Echchaouen. What a treat that was and without a doubt our favorite of accommodations while in the country! Traveling with a group of 8 friends, four of us chose a suite rather than the hotel --- our own little "cottage" with...

We had a beautiful room, with large comfortable queen bed, separate living room and bathroom and outdoor terrace with the most extraordinary views over the medina as well as the hotel. The stairs getting up to the room are challenging, but you can pace yourself and consider it part of your exercise. Breakfast is delicious with a selection of breads...
