Nice little hotel just outside the old part of town (10 minutes walk), very clean, well maintained and managed. Friendly, helpful staff, several languages, so easy to communicate. Perfect for short stay, basic breakfast included.

Great place. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The room was clean and WiFi works fine. I was worried about leaving my motorcycle outside, so they told me to pull it up into the terrace! I'd stay here again. 2 mins walk from the city center.

This small hotel made a perfect two nights stay. Very clean. Lots of hot water. Very pleasant staff although no English is spoken here. As others have previously noted, it's located away from the bustle of the market but easily accessible by foot. Some issues with the air conditioning, but excellent value for money.

A very clean hotel, located on upper part of the city, very close to Medina entrance. On the street are cafes, pizza restaurant and other stores. The breakfast provided is basic, croissants, and other local pastries, toast, cheese, jams, etc, and fried eggs. I was impressed by the two alcoves on each side of the entrance/reception with velvet seating and...

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The short walk from the hotel into the centre of chaouen was easily achieved. The hotel itself has a nearby shop for any immediate necessities. The rooms were comfortable and shower had hot water at all times. We would definitely stay...

We thoroughly loved our stay in this charming hotel! Rooms and reception area were very clean and beautifully designed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're staying in Chaouen, this hotel should be your number one choice. It's situated only a short walk from the magical old town of this Blue Pearl.

After 2 nights in 2 poor Moroccan hotels it was great to stumble upon this one. A real gem. Very clean and well appointed with character. A short walk from the town and medina. Staff were all very attentive and friendly. We were on motorbikes and were able to park them onsite. It was a tight squeeze but Mohamed was...

We booked three rooms in this hotel. The breakfast choices are limited and can be better but it was fine with us. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing that we had to change a room because the only plug in the room was not working and we couldn't charge our mobiles. They gave us a bigger room...
