I stayed here on a tour for two nights and when I turned up, I was so happy. Beautiful little hotel which amazing colourful kitsch rooms. We had a three bed room between two of us and had plenty of space. The bathroom was very small, as was more of a wet room, as when you had a shower it...

Small room and unconformable to stay. The sink water is so cold that we can not use at 5 degree. We found much nicer place in medina at better place but the tour guide has booked at this place. However people were nice and so so service. The location is right on big street.

Pros: - Short but uphill walking distance to the square of Chefchaouen old city - Short walk to the trail to get to Spanish Mosque - Very short walk to the local market - Very Moroccan decor especially...

This is one of the hotels in Morocco where everyone in our group was comparing pics of their rooms, because all of them were different and yet shared that amazing super kitsch Moroccan style that we all loved. Lots of personality, good service, great location and a lovely common area to share with other travellers, this hotel is an ideal...

Staff was unbelievable - offered to go find a charger for my Iphone after I looked all over and could not find a shop that carried. He came back with one and at a very good price! Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was more than...

The staff at Hotel Madrid were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and I loved how central the hotel was. We could walk through the Souks, town square, to tons of restaurants, all within a few minutes.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We stayed here 2 nights in a decent sized room. The bathroom was a bit out dated and could use a spruce up. Very central and walking distance from the medina. We did everything by foot. Breakfast was also very nice.
