We stayed for 3 nightsi in Coral View Resort. Nice lodges to stay. Bathroom was rather small. Staff was very polite. Compliments! Breakfast was rather simple. We never tried Coral View for dinner. Just a walk for 5 minutes and will find more cheaper restaurants.

We didn't stay at the resort but went to the Coral View restaurant and had a lovely meal of salad, pizza and fresh juices. The food was tasty and fresh and we would return there again for a meal. The restaurant over looks coral bay which is a beautiful setting and the staff were kind and attentive. The beaches surrounding...

We stayed for two weeks in Perhentian Besar, at Mama's place and at Coral view. They are both good options (see other comment for Mama's place), but you need to be aware of several points on the accommodation market on the island : 1) In the high season (July / August), book at least a few nights, ideally the whole...

The resort is nicely situated, with an access to 3 different beaches: front one (no one there usually, too hot), back one (snorkelling) and the one where u can snorkle and bath (5 minutes walk only). The back beach was my favorite, especially for breakfast in the morning, and at the end of the day. Snorkeling was quite nice too...

We lucked out staying here in a beach front bungalow. It was recently renovated right in front of the best snorkeling beach. Outlook from our bungalow was amazing. Lots of people traffic but still very quite. Nothing better than kicking back on your daybed with a coldie or two.

Best resort on Perhentian islands! Highly recomended heaven on earth. Clean, safe, best place of all resorts. Infront of is coral beach with fish, on right side turtle beach and not so far is shark beach. There is great bbq restaurant 100m on the beach.

We stayed at Coral View Island Resort on our island hopping trip in the Eastern part of Malaysia. We visited both Perhentian Islands, Big and Small, as well as Redang. We clearly have to say that Coral View was THE low light of all of our stays. Neither did we encounter much of the kindness, excellent service, love for detail...

I stayed at the top of the hill. It was a run down room with old air con and slow heater and not working water heater. The wooden hanging rack was like rotten. There was a fridge but no hair dryer nor kettle. I guess it was peak season so it is hard to get a room.

Since there was no sea view rooms available, we booked a Garden Family Deluxe which was only a minute walk to water front. All the chalet were pretty and good size but it was so so so dark inside (as per previous reviews) and I didn’t feel like staying in the room at all during the day. The room had...
