Best place to train your patience and self responsibility. First thing we came to this resort we waited for 5 hours in order to check in. When we are finally at our rooms, the wait has not ended, there are no electricity! Since there is no telephone in the room we have to walk all the way to the lobby...

Disgustingly dirty, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, the sheets were no doubt dirty also, they were revolting. The room had a slant towards the bathroom meaning you couldn't close the wardrobe door. There were mosquitos in the room. The inclusive breakfast was inedible. The power only worked from 8pm-7am although it actually shut down in the...

The room is totaly disgusting. But, the beach is spectacular! We suggest better gonfor camping than booking on this chalet or resort. You can actualy do barbicue here and eat beside the seashore, there are available table nearby the seashore. This is recomended if you want to do camping with friends. Go camp at Longsha beach campsite or you can...

The resort looks like it was run down, the furnishings in our room looks old, toilet is dirty and smelly, limited power supply (electricity available on 7pm-8am and 1pm-4pm) low water pressure and beds were not properly made. The night experience was pretty bad since i can't control the air-conditioner's temperature and found out sands were all over my bed...

It was the most terrible stay of my entire stay in resort, though had been greeted by friendly receptions, but they had trouble in finding the assigned room key. Took about 1 hr to find that key. The furnitures & curtains are full with dust n dirty. The pillows got lizards feces all over. The bathroom was terrible, the water...

My family of over 30 persons booked this chalet for a family gathering for 3 days, 2 nights. Firstly, they bungled up the bookings in the last minute and canceled some rooms on the second night, even though we booked more than two months in advance. This caused us to cramp 5 people in rooms meant for 3. The extra...

Visited the Kapas Island and stayed in this resort from 17/5/16-18/5/16. Power rationing in every 3 or 4 hours (electricity even tripped off during 2am and resumed at 4am). Air conditioner is old and not cooling causing my family sweating even inside the room. The manager of the resort is not friendly as he promised to ask his staff to...

We stayed there for 1 night and it was ok. Clean bed room, with air conditioner . Nice chalet from the outside. But the bathroom was quite dirty and not enough breakfast for all of us at 9:30am. Perfect for a weekend between friends. Don't go there for a week.
