The room are nice and quite decent. I gave this rating simply because I didn't sleep very well but I don't think it's the room's fault. My room was facing the main road, the bikers at night just create some noisy racing sound so I ended up waking up too early. For the service, they are extremely good. People there...

Ok, hotel seems a bit dated, but the location is central. Prices are cheap. We just walked in and got a room. The gym is ok. The hotel seems a bit stuffy, but otherwise ok. Breakfast is pretty bad, nothing great. All in all, it is ok, service at the front desk is excellent.

The Grand Palace Hotel may be best known to those living in Miri for the Prawns Piri Piri served in its Western Palace restaurant. It is also a Miri icon, and an excellent place to stay. Service at the front desk and restaurants is very good. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are functional and clean. The hotel...

Grand Palace Hotel has been in existence for so long but the owners kept the hotel in great shape. The services were excellent and staff knowledge of English was good. The breakfast spread was normal as not much selection as it cater more for locals. There is a supermarket by the side of the hotel for your basic needs and...

The check in fast and the staffs were very nice and polite. the rooms are a bit dated, but it is clean and big. There are full of amenities in the room. The breakfast spread is nice, but the restaurant's food is a bit too expensive for my liking. The lifts are super fast

It was a one-night stay and a very late check in as I had just arrived from the airport. I was already on the edge of sleeping wherever I could, but the check in process was fast. The room, the bathroom is clean. Nice comfy bed. The breakfast was awesome! For those who like clubbing, it just a walking distance...

1. Location: A. Not that far from Miri City Centre but definitely you need cab to get to town. B. For those who like clubbing, you are surrounded by night clubs. C. Foods: next to servey supermarket. Halal restaurant Al-Asna at the back of the hotel within 10min walk. Only open during the day. Not for those who look for...

It was a one-night stay trip here as we were on our way to a remote village called Ba'Kelalan. I remember this hotel to be livelier especially with the oil and gas expats but the slump in oi prices have made the hotel far too quiet. The room is very spacious and comes with a TV, fridge, free wifi, hot...

Stayed a few nights at this hotel. They allowed me to check-in after an early flight into Miri. The breakfast was average with a bit of western and eastern dishes. I ordered room service once and it was average. The air con was ice cold to the point where I couldn't get the thermostat quite right. The room was mostly...
