There are certainly some positives when staying at Pom Pom Island. It is set amongst the most pristine of scenery. The water is unmatched to any we have seen thus far (including Fiji) and it is such an emerald blue that we jokingly called it “the pool” when going for a dip outside of our villa. The snorkeling and and...

I stayed here in May 2015 and it has taken me all this time to put together the list the many reasons to stay at this resort. Service at this resort is fantastic! I live in China so I don't expect much regarding customer service but the management of Pom Pom are fantastic. Friendly, flexible and willing to help with...

Great relaxing break on Pom Pom Island. Staff were very friendly, ample food for all meals and very relaxing. Stayed in overwater villa - highly recommend. Easy snorkling out front however can be tidal so easier to swim/snorkel at high tide. We booked a snorkeling trip to a near by island and would highly recommend this as saw more wildlife...

A nice boat ride away from the "mainland". It takes about 1,5 hour. Pristine beaches. Clear waters. Great sea life. Attentive staff. Roomy chalets (right on the beach!). The food is so-so. There's lots of it, but it's not that great. The only downside is knowing that the southern (sea) border of the Philippines is very nearby. And with the...

We had a fantastic stay on Pom Pom Island. We booked the 3 days and 2 nights for non divers option, which was much more reasonably priced than the other large resorts in the area. The booking was easy to organise and the resort representative, Jessie, was very efficient and helpful. We really loved the rooms, which were clean and...

Pom Pom Island Resort was excellent. Just as you always imagined a tropical island. The sea is crystal clear, white sand, coral reef. We stayed one night in a Beach Villa then upgraded to a Water Villa. I would probably recommend the Beach Villa more, purely because you can't access the water from the Waterfront Villas (I think for safety)....

The transfer to and from the Island was smooth. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The veggie option was delicious. Diving was great. Considering what has happened in the past, there were armed police and we felt safe.
