This place has seen better days. I have no idea why they still charge so much for a place where the shower head falls off the moment you switch it on, the carpets are worn out, the toilets won't flush and basically it looks like a place that has not seen any repairs or maintenance in twenty years. Everything looks...

There is nothing good to talk about this place. The rooms are dirty ill managed. No facilities available except the water heater. I have been to Fraser's Hill with my family friends for a relaxation trip and we have booked this place over phone, first thing the rate they have told over phone changed when we reached that place, they...

My first impression on visiting this property was that it has been abandoned. It is overgrown with tall grass and shrubs. The railings on the steps leading to the apartments are rusted. The rooms are in a bad state. The floor was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the taps were leaking but management was kind enough to change...

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my room for the first time. I was expecting a quaint and cozy stay, instead, I was greeted with a run-down hotel room which looked more like the filming location for Amityville Horror. I came here for a getaway, and the dusty room, decrepit sofa, moldy walls and worn-out carpet have totally...

My first trip to Fraser Hill. My room was on 2nd floor beside the stair on the left, corner lot. It's so small, The room door cannot open & close properly, have to bang so hard in order to close it. Toilet door also same condition. Water cannot flow smoothly, almost flooded after I took my shower. Have to wait...

We always like braser's hill, not too commercialized or over developed, the environment is great - quiet and peaceful. This budget resort apartment does provide the great environment, but honestly, it really needs overhaul, not to say some fancy or major ones but just or at least make it more decent, especially the water heater, its rusted out, others were...

Please boycott this place. It is the worst place I've ever stayed in. The room is filthy. I can handle an old run down hotel but this place is disgusting! The carpet is badly stained and smelly. The walls filthy with what looked like human discharge. The toilet bowl was leaking sewage water. Every time the toilet was flushed you...

The hotel is like haunted house. Mold on the ceiling, wall, carpet and stairs. Broken furniture, dusty, bed sheet and blanket are not clean. I feel not safe and not comfortable to stay in the hotel. The door cannot be locked and window cannot be latched. The staff were not at all hospitable. The room is not cheap its cost...

I went there for a 3 days stay with my family. When I arrived there they told.me.that since morning they don't have electricity in whole fraser. But since I can't go.back all the way down I took the room and they gave me lots of candles for aid. The house is really not in a very good condition. The bathrooms...

If you've watched a movie with a haunted house, that sums it up! Stale and dusty room, broken furniture, litters on the floor and run down building. The staff were not at all hospitable. I wonder why is it still operating. Unliveable condition. My impression of Fraser Hill just died with this "resort"
