It was Hanukkah so there wasn't much choice on our trip to the Northern Galilee. It was very basic, but not as bad as the reviews seem to indicate. We arrived around 6pm and had booked for 14 days as we were visiting family in the area. the first room they showed us to was horrid. we arrived to the hotel and got two terrible rooms. the first was smelling like toilet and the second was smelly and dirty as well. no place to hang towels, broken lamps, no decoration. Rooms and hotel full of dirt & food served on dirty tables, in dirty dishes. had to find a normal place to stay

dirt in the room dusty lamps near the bed .towels with yellow spots .problems with safety .dirt un the garden black coffee stains .cigarets leftovers everywere.wnen i told the gyu at the reception about the dust and safety problems he did not care.at the lounch no one to help you ....

An spartan motorway hotel. little unclean rooms. Bad maintenance. Good for noise love:you can hear all the time an annoing motor- noises. The breakfast dinning room is in a middle of building site. We ordered a room for the weekend since we had a weeding to attend in a nearby location. 3 days before our arrival they called to make sure all the details of the reservation were in order (?) and to mention along the way that the hotel is packed for the weekend with young kids who usually (from previous experiences)... After check-in there was no-one to help us carry our luggage up the stairs. The first room was not clean, sheets too short with cigarette burns, no blackout curtains, no view. we went there for a weekend. 2 adults and 2 chuldren. i've ordered 2 rooms with a connecting door.
