We weren't so lucky to get a room facing the front courtyard, that would had made a big difference, instead we got a room at the back. Quiet enough, couldn't turn the hall lights off, so it was not completely dark since the door of the room could not close properly from inside. Everything else was very good, breakfast and...

Smiling faces in a traditional house in the heart of the old city. Rooms around lovely patios and gardens with fountains. An ancient building renovated to be a boutique hotel with a very good service in the iranien style.

We stayed in this hotel two days and we have only positive things to say. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, the Internet was ok and the breakfast was rich. Plus the location, very code to the city center was great as well. The hotel is beautiful with a courtyard with water and a nice...

We did not stay here overnight, we just had a very decent buffet style lunch in a very beautiful setting. Iran needs to fund the restoration of these old grand houses and converting them, tastefully, into hotels seems to work well. We had a very spacious area for our little group and an extensive buffet to choose from. I cannot...

This hotel is a converted residence from Quajar period and was opened as a hotel in 2004. It is well located in the old town. The ambiance is lovely, with cool courtyards around water, (would be nice to have some seating in these areas), the breakfast was quite good, with reasonable range, the service at reception very friendly and helpful,...

An excellent hotel in a traditional house has as a consequence that most rooms open to a courtyard, but quite anumber have no view as traditional houses try to keep the heat outside. If you want a large window on the yard make sure to arrange it with the reservation. We were there at the height of ashura and every...

This is a converted traditional building with lovely courtyards and pools. The rooms are dotted around the property and vary wildly. Some back onto a busy road, some are right on top of the courtyard (so all the other guests congregate outside your door) some are below ground! 217 backs onto the courtyard, we got moved into 213 which backed...
