The men working downstairs speak no English and are generally disinterested in your business. The lady working there sometimes is better, but still very little English. Not a terrible deal for the money asked for the room, but you can do better in the nearby Kosar hotel.

I was alone and stayed only one night. The room was very little, and the comfort minimal. when wandering in this hotel, you feel like if you were back in the 60's, which has a certain charm. The staff is nice. The prices are a bit high though. As my stay took place in winter, I managed to negotiate a... More

This is a review of the restaurant. Our only option was kabab. A little soup for starter was decent, but the kabab was dull. Only meat, rice and half a grilled tomato. The prices are reasonable, though.

Hotel Azarbayan feels like a step back in time - which is also charming. We liked all the Persian carpets in the long hallways. Quality is good though, and a/c works excellent. The squatty toilet was something we didn't expect in such a place but it was fine. Staff is formal but good. Recommended!

Hotel ideally situated in the midst if Tabriz: close to Bazaar and innercity-bus station. Hotel is clean, with correct rooms and big bathrooms. The welcome is warm and the staff polite and flexible, even if they don't speak well english. Breakfast does the trick (good but not exceptionnal, included in the price). Perfect for a couple-of-nights stay for us before... More

The location is great It's just next to Bazaar and u don have to pay a car to go around...Everything is around it. The rooms are clean and safe. Wi-fi works appropriately. Room service is fast. People working in the hotel are so kind and understanding and thoughtful. It's a very cheap hotel too. I highly recommend this great hotel... More

This hotel had a strange vibe right from the start, however, as we arrived late in Tabriz and were tired from hiking we were looking for hot water and Internet to check in with family. We received both but little else. It was fun to people and cat watch from our window to the adjacent building and alleyways, and the... More

Fine size room, irr1,000 for Twin. clean and bright , plenty of open space on each floor near the wide staircase. Hot water takes ages , probably because of wide new plastic pipes visible all over the hotel. Heating powerful. Breakfast average , location good.
